Krista was amazing and so welcoming! It was a really stressful time and she was able to accommodate me looking at two different units to decide which one would suit my needs. I made a decision sign the paperwork and was out of there within 15 minutes. She explained all the ins and outs and had amazing customer service skills. I give this place five stars

CubeSmart for the win! Krista helped me get the perfect unit and was always friendly, Santiago too. Check in was easy with a nice promotional rate, and check out was a snap. Love the flatbed carts they have!

Krista and Marcia were so amazing when it came to helping me get set up with my storage unit, I have never needed one in the past so I was pretty confused on what size I would need. They talked me through each step and gave me all of my options, on sizing and ease also helped me get the best rate for my needs.
Luckily I will still be local, so I will definitely be using their services for all of my moving needs.

Krista is an amazing manager! She's friendly and always willing to help in whatever way she can. Jim and the other staff have been very helpful over the years, as well.
I also like that the facility is always clean and the longer hours are very helpful on workdays. Thank you again, Krista! You deserve a 5-star rating many times over!

The Escondido location Rocks! The staff at the front desk has always been very helpful. The facility is super nice and always clean. I feel safe storing my belongings here. Thank you Krista and Santiago for all of your help!

Great experience! I’ve rented here 2 times and both times have been easy and stress-free.
Always will give 5 stars, but the only kicker is the rent being raised yearly it seemed. Became too expensive for us, but for anyone who can afford it, I fully recommend this facility!
