The staff are thieves. Cameras conveniently go off when a storage robbery occurs. EPD well aware of this place. Avoid at all costs.

The facility is nice and the customer service was great! However, the price increased consistently to a totally non-competitive rate (actually outrageous at 230% of an equivalent competitor).

I've had dozens of storage units all over San Diego, San Marcos, Temecula, and Anza and this place has THE BEST customer service!!! Jimbo and Krysta are both 5-stars! They also have very competitive pricing and very clean facilities! I highly recomend this place for your storage needs!!!

I love the way the storage is set up. Very organized, very clean, great staff, I love the big elevators super easy to move things! I never struggled! Very well maintained. One little thing tho, there is no light in the storage but everything else is great!!!
