Today at CVS I felt they cared. First time here but found everyone very nice and willing to help which I never had this. Lived in 3 states and must say this one is the best one I ever been in. Pleased with how they cared. Pharmacy counter reminded me of shots. I usually get them in Late Sept but forgot. Relocating to Los Angeles area and I will always remember this one. Thanks everyone!

Comments on the manager..
The Asian guy with the shaved head.
4 times in a row I've been to this store and this man has told me that whatever I'm looking for or trying to do is out of stock/not working/not something they do.
All 4 times I ignored his declaration and proceeded to do his job for him. All 4 times, with minimal effort, I found the item/got the card to go through/figured it out.
I don't work at this store. I don't have access to a price gun, passcodes, inventory, register... I'm not familiar with their set up, I'm not even a retail worker.
It seems to me that this manager, with access to as many of the store's tools as one could hope for, and supposedly the experience necessary to get into that position, was simply doing the bare minimum to get me out of his face as soon as possible, and manages to look irritated while doing it.
Maybe he's lazy.
Maybe he just doesn't like me.
Either way, I don't think he deserves the position and concern about how he must treat those under him.

This place just goes from bad to worse. Picking up prescription, 2 clerks, cool, im disabled so i went past the line and sat in the chairs that are there for disabled waiting. Both clerks watched me sit down. Blond clerk finishes with tge customer she was helping, and just walks away from the register. 2nd clerk finishes with her customer, and walks away. Neither of them appear to be coming back, so i had to go to where the line forms, and after being ignored for a few minutes ASK SOMEONE FOR HELP. Prescription ready, no copay, wait for the pharmacist to give a consult. Asian appearing woman comes up, does look at me, say hello anything..just have you had this before, yes, stupid advice dont take this with the extended release med. You have to take, okay whatever, walks away but has to be called back over to enter her code indicating that she provided consult. Two of the clerks, young girls, dark hair are both very nice and efficient, pretty much everyone else is rude. My prescriptions were transferred from walgreens, every visit. Every single one has involved prescriptions that should be resdy and werent, being told i hsve no refills available for a prescription when i am standing there with a prescription vial that shows several refill and on and on. Top it off with rude inept service. Couple more refills on prescriptions, but i will never have another prescription sent there. Its ridiculous

If I could add minus stars. I would, the customer service at this pharmacy is absolutely horrible. You don't hang up the phone on your customers after being on hold for 15 minutes with an attitude. It's not my issue that your short staffed - lousy excuse! Took my business elsewhere. Sad that the Walgreens across the street closed, they were extremely personal and cared about you

The CVS pharmacy team member (name of Jay) effectively and efficiently handled my Rx pick-ups! I look forward to his excellent customer service whenever I have a pharmacy transaction! Jay is focused on my transaction; he is friendly; he provides the extra diligence and effort to assure I have a great check-out experience!

All I have to say is Miss Janet didn't seem like she wanted to do her job at all. She was asked to cash us out today and made it seem like it was the end of the world. I'm sorry to the people that have to have her as a coworker. I greeted her with a hello despite her attitude. She ignored me and proceeded to try and scan my bottle of Redken shampoo. Asked us if that was the only one on the shelf which I told her "no" because there was more bottles. My fiance went and grabbed another bottle for her to scan because she was struggling to find the price. I told her it was around 26 dollars. Again she ignored me and proceeded to scan both bottles. All of a sudden the code on my first bottle decided to work. Shocker! She got annoyed when I corrected her and told her I only wanted the one bottle. I proceeded to tell her my fiance just brought it to make it easier for her to scan. Which she then ignore me again and rudely interrupted me and asked if I wanted a bag before she was even done scanning all my items. Like she was trying to cut me off. I actually used to like coming to this CVS. I've been coming here for years. Guess El Norte Parkway can take my money now.??♀️ F for the effort Miss Janet

My wife and I had our Rx transferred here when the Rite Aid next door closed. So far they screwed up every prescription - today they lost mine after notifying me 12 days after I requested a refill that it that it was finally ready. Still looking and I can't transfer the Rx because they already billed insurance. The pharmacist told my wife hers was unavailable and recommended what her doc confirmed was a dangerous alternative. She went to Walgreens next door and they had it. The store is untidy and dirty too .. trash all over the floor. Something is really wrong at this CVS location.
