All I have to say is Miss Janet didn't seem like she wanted to do her job at all. She was asked to cash us out today and made it seem like it was the end of the world. I'm sorry to the people that have to have her as a coworker. I greeted her with a hello despite her attitude. She ignored me and proceeded to try and scan my bottle of Redken shampoo. Asked us if that was the only one on the shelf which I told her "no" because there was more bottles. My fiance went and grabbed another bottle for her to scan because she was struggling to find the price. I told her it was around 26 dollars. Again she ignored me and proceeded to scan both bottles. All of a sudden the code on my first bottle decided to work. Shocker! She got annoyed when I corrected her and told her I only wanted the one bottle. I proceeded to tell her my fiance just brought it to make it easier for her to scan. Which she then ignore me again and rudely interrupted me and asked if I wanted a bag before she was even done scanning all my items. Like she was trying to cut me off. I actually used to like coming to this CVS. I've been coming here for years. Guess El Norte Parkway can take my money now.??♀️ F for the effort Miss Janet

My wife and I had our Rx transferred here when the Rite Aid next door closed. So far they screwed up every prescription - today they lost mine after notifying me 12 days after I requested a refill that it that it was finally ready. Still looking and I can't transfer the Rx because they already billed insurance. The pharmacist told my wife hers was unavailable and recommended what her doc confirmed was a dangerous alternative. She went to Walgreens next door and they had it. The store is untidy and dirty too .. trash all over the floor. Something is really wrong at this CVS location.

Worse customer service! Entire pharmacy is closed for the lunch and not serving patients! Why?! How difficult is to have at least one pharmacist to assist? Secondary, my prescription was approved the day before and they did not care to run it again but rather sent me away to call the doctor. Now I have to drive there again. I already spent 2 hours on waiting for their group lunch to end and now to drive back to pick up medication. Ridiculous! This is not a health care standard especially for the US. Shame on you!

When it comes to the pharmacy staff if slow and rude. Called in to check if they had a medication in stock, they replied they would, then got to the pharmacy and still had to wait 15 min to fill.

This IS NOT a bad report against the store itself . This Is a bad report against a member of the Pharmacystaff. She was rude and very short with her answers.

Just awful. Not accurate and very, very slow. They used the wrong dosage for my prescription and Ive been here 20 minutes now waiting for them to fix it. They have a lot of people working at the pharmacy, but Im still waiting.

Not sure how representative my review is but I came here late at night and was greeted immediately. The associate guided me to what I needed and checked in on my when I was using self-checkout. And thanked me on the way out. Service was excellent.

If you want to stand in line for a very long time this is your place. This last time after waiting five minutes for someone to help me I left without.my items. If it takes someone over five minutes to help one person with a simple purchase I'm out. CVS isn't even a good store to start out.

Slow and uncaring service and the registers including self check out don't seem to give cash back. Ended up buying a couple things I didn't want since it ran as credit both times. First time was Google Pay at the self checkout and it will usually ask if it's a debit card and if I want cash back, but it just ran as credit. So I had someone ring me up and put my debit card in the machine and it ran as credit again despite the cashier saying it would ask me if I wanted cash back. ATM is free with chime bank but doesn't give you change if you play the lottery. Avoid

Do not goes here. Pharmacist, pharmacy technicians and their team are rude and not helping. They are not listened to their patients. They are not helping people who are sick. They only want to do quick easy work easy money. Best pharmacy team is Mira Mesa location.

I got here early to get my flu vaccine. There were so many appointments open yesterday. I waited 10min to be acknowledged by the pharmacy tech by the window. When I finally got her eye contact she asked when my appointment was and told me to go wait in chairs and check in online. I did, but checkin doesn't work if you're too early. It would have been good customer service to let me know, better to check me in. And there are 5 people ahead of me. In 20 minutes only 1 person has been seen. I'm 9 months pregnant and the last place I want to be is sitting next to unmasked folks JUST getting their covid vaccine. Update: now my appointment time has passed. Sitting here with 4 people, 2 ahead of me. Ok. Just did a survey of the room. One lady ahead of me has been waiting more than 30 minutes after her scheduled time.

Really helpful employee today in the cosmetics department! I wish I would have caught her name. Short hair with glasses. She helped me pick out the perfect shade of burts bees foundation. Seriously such a sweet woman helped me pick out the perfect color. Great customer service!

EXTREMELY dissatisfied with customer service here I have been waiting for an hour and a half to get my covid test with only 3 cars in front of me. This is frustrating and not acceptable. Will never be coming back to this location. DONT COME HERE

Their pharmacist was super helpful and the 2 ladies who helped me were attentive and proactive. One found a way to save me significantly on my eye drops. Thank you!!!

They have the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The fact that they can get away with treating ill patients the way they do and still be in business is unbelievable.
