Store is hard to get to and everything is more expensive than it needs to be. They now have covid test kits behind the counter again, so that's fun. Some employees are desperate for a good review of them but offer minimal help. Overall Costco has better prices for what's offered here.

Told me my prescription would be ready in 10 min. 30 MINUTES LATER I'm still sitting there with a fussy baby and they say it's out of stock. So why tell me to wait?!? How long would I have sat there if I didn't go back up? Manager didn't even do anything to remedy it. Ridiculous to make a new mom wait for nothing.

They took 1 1/2 hours to process my medicine when it was pre ordered. And they even forgot half of it. I watched them spend 30 minutes to simply grab a Benadryl they forgot!!

I like this store in that it is a convenient location, it is open 24-hours, and I really like the pharmacy staff. My only problem with this store is they are always seriously understaffed. They do not have enough people behind the counter to fill prescriptions, to work the pickup counter and the drop off/help counter, or to answer the phones. If you have to call the pharmacy for anything, expect to be on hold for an hour or more. I do not blame the staff as they are wonderful. And this store always has more pharmacy costumers in store than any other CVS I have ever been to. And they have the same number of pharmacy staff as stores with the half the customers. I have to assume that either the manager does not know how to adequately staff a store based on volume, or the manager does not care and is increasing bottom line at the expense of customer service and satisfaction, or the Corporation is dictating staff levels with a staffing model that uses roughly the same number of pharmacy staff regardless of pharmacy volume.Again, I must stress I like the pharmacy staff, it is the inadequate number of staff that is problematic.

I am pretty upset with this cvs store manager she decided that people waiting for their medication in the very long line, can’t use the restroom after 7 pm. For which I had to leave my turn in the line and go use the restroom in the Vons next door the. Came back and make the even longer line and wait 20 more minutes to get my prescription filled this manager is totally absurd in her judgment.

This pharmacy is the absolute worst. They need corporate to do a unplanned visit. Literally standing in line currently with ONE person at the window and we are TWELVE CUSTOMERS deep in line!!!! Came yesterday to fill a prescription that was on hold by my normal cvs pharmacy (2427 e. Valley parkway) pharmacist here told me there was no quantity on the medication AND it was for an inhaler. No..... my normal pharmacist told me the quantity, dose, and frequency for my albuterol sulfate before I even drove across town. Basically this pharmacist called me a liar and then said he'd need to call my doctor to clarify. EVEN though I pulled the prescription up on my cvs dashboard showing all the information he needed. I called my doctor and she said she'd call him immediately. Then proceeded to still wait 2hrs for them to fill it just for it to be almost triple the cost I was told on my dashboard so I ended up having to leave without my medication after wasting all that time. I hate this pharmacy it's only benefit is it's 24hr. Avoid unless it's emergency or your normal cvs is out of stock.

Just went in to get a few items and started to ask an employee who was wandering around the store (said excuse me please as an opening) where I could find a shopping cart. Did not even get to ask before she cut me off with: "yeah, I'm on break, ask someone else. This is a trained CVS employee with the customer service skills of a rock!Never go into this store!!!

Literally went in, they said it works be faster if I called because only one person in the store could update it in person. Called, waited 49 minutes for someone to tell me I had to go in the store. This place is infuriating... I hate coming here. Absolutely despise it. It's the most frustrating. If the rite aid hadnt closed, it's never come here. Need a new pharmacy. Don't come here. Service is terrible, no one cares, they ignore you, it's just infuriating.

I was looking for a specific item at CVS and Sean and Sydney were super helpful! Both of them provided excellent customer service and had a positive attitude. Sean and Sydney went above and beyond to help me with what I was looking for. The store was very clean on both the inside and outside. I also appreciated how well organized the store was and the huge sale selection!

Eight people in line only one person attending plus serving the in store prescriptions. Additionally, the disabled and elderly take much more time to attend after four people in line an additional attendant should assist. Thank you.

I was in an accident and in a sever pain. I specifically chose this pharmacy because it’s 24h and I need pain relief asap. I live alone so I had to painfully drive myself to pick up my meds. When I got there the pharmacy was randomly closed and said they wouldn’t be open for a few hours. No notice. Nothing on the website. I was literally crying while 3 people behind the gate just said “sorry” - not the best humans out there for sure.

Minute Clinic- 3 stars. Had an appointment and still had to wait 20 minutes. The employees were super nice but didn't take my insurance (when I thought they did) and it was expensive to pay out of pocket. I wish they would have told me before the appointment that my insurance wasn't accepted.Pharmacy- 2 stars. They also didn't accept my insurance so we couldn't afford the medication needed.

This review is for the Minute Clinic inside the CVS- not the actual store. My two star review for the store still stands. I needed a sports physical for my oldest son and Minute Clinic does them! Easy. I made an appointment online, confirmation text was received...all set!Upon arrival, we checked in via their kiosk and just waited. We were early so our wait was longer than expected but that's not the provider's fault. We were called in at our appointment time.Andrea (NP) was simply wonderful with my son. Very chatty and funny which made him feel at ease. The appointment took about 20 minutes, paperwork signed, payment processed and out the door!Their usual price is $69 for a sports physical but at the time of the visit, it was $44. I think the discount price is until the middle of September, maybe until the end of September.5 stars for Minute Clinic!

I just took my medicine twice in error. I called 4 times the first time I was on hold 8 min. The second time 6 min the 3 time on hold 6 min then they hung up. At this point I am getting scared I called one last time and told them this was an emergency they put me on hold. 3 min later I hung up and called the Balboa CVS and spoke to the pharmacist right away. I will never go back to this location. Transferring all my prescriptions to a different location. This is NOT ok, very poor service .
