I waited over an hour on the phone for someone to get on the line and the lady answered and then hung up. Was calling the pharmacy department. It was so upsetting! This happened on 07-05-24 from 11:45-12:59. Please help with staffing! This is outrageous.

So I shop here for convenience. Staff are nice and helpful. Unfortunately, everything is locked up so I was waiting around for 15 minutes to buy a mascara and I gave up. The store personnel were busy and or helping other people. Walmart is the same way now. I mean I get it people steal but if you make it impossible for customers to purchase how does that work for profits. I will be driving to target or using Amazon . Such a bummer shopping has come to this. If there stiffer penalties for shoplifters, this wouldn’t happen. As it is now there is zero deterrent for people to steal.

playing loud throughout the store every 30 seconds when your the only customer in there, the women who work the night shift here are absolutely awful human beings. Definitely don’t come here if you just want to take a relaxing & innocent late shopping trip. Went for tampons but some pretty looking cosmetics caught my eye but it’s impossible to enjoy being able to browse the store without the crowds of people & anxiety that are normally there during the day when the “CUSTOMER SERVICE: SCAN ALL ISLES” is constant and every employee is walking past me just as constant as the speaker announcement, side-eyeing the hell out of me. & when it’s time to check out because you’re obviously not wanted or welcomed you better hope you added all ur items total up in your head before you got to the counter because Ms. Ma'am at the register doesn’t read your total to you after she scanned all your items with a look of disgust on her face… This CVS experience left me nauseous. Don’t these ratchets know they don’t have to work there ??? Find a desk job.

This early morning, I went to ask for a consultation and there is a pharmacist (Asian girl) her name starts with C. She is not cooperated at all and to be honest she don’t deserve to be a pharmacist because her job to help people. I ask her gently if she can step out to help me for over the counter medication and simply she answered me. No, you should do that by yourself.

This place has really gone down hill in the last couple of years. I had a prescription phone in by my doctor on 2/19/24 and CVS delayed it until 2/22/24!? So much for getting your much need meds on time! These idiots should be ashamed of themselves!

P.S. I stopped by this store again today and was pleasantly surprised at the availability of shopping baskets and carts. Thank you for the quick response time. That is what service is all about!

What happened to CVS Pharmacy? Office staff not very friendly, long lines, drive up girl no personality at all!, higher drug prices. Very disappointed!

Continues to get worse, they now added one of those police cameras to the parking lot (see photo) which also sometimes says over a loudspeaker "This parking lot is being recorded." This just makes the vibes even worse. The same useless staff works here still and the prices are not good. What should be the actual entrance remains a locked door. Avoid this location

Came in this evening to receive my Covid-19 Moderna vaccination, and received the worse treatment. Alex, the Pharmacist asked that I sit in the waiting area. Alex then brought out the vaccination cart. Alex open the package containing the vaccine with a sterilized cover, and placed it on the public chair seat next to me. I asked him not to place it on the chair seat that the general public sits on and asked him to remove it. Alex said it has a sterile plastic cover and it's fine to place on a public chair seat. I told Alex that in in a medical clinic they would never do this, nor anywhere else. I told him again to remove it from the chair seat, or at least place a paper towel down before placing it there. Alex, completely ignored my request took the vaccine off the chair seat and administered it to my arm.I was disgusted, and felt I was treated less than human. I'll never go back again.
