I have been a customer of Dependable Alarm for over 15 years. At one time, I had ADT come out and install a system. They drilled holes in my door frames, and installed sensors that had false alarms on a regular basis. I called them back and cancelled my service immediately. After I called Dependable, they made sure my system was running properly and has been ever since. I like that it's a family-owned business, and that I get personal attention from them. The owner himself came to my house to determine what I needed for my alarm system. I'm going to be a customer for many years to come.
