Been going to Discount Tire for 30 years. Been to this location many times. Without fail they provide the best customer service, helpful, above and beyond. Vinnie, Josh, all of them hustle, always working hard and being professional. Even when the phones are ringing off the hook and the place is slammed with customers their remain calm and professional. Don’t see that too much anywhere nowadays. I promised you guys a review. Here it is. Thanks for taken good care of my car today so I could get back on the road safe and sound.

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE!!!! These careless idiots managed to damage my entire rim. I went in to get a plug for a nail, and they somehow managed to cost me $800+ for a new OEM rim. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on Washington. These guys are absolute IDIOTS.

Second time doing business here first time is when I got all four tires at a deal and gave me zero hidden fees it was all on the invoice. Then this second time I had a nail in my tire and they patched it right up. The whole staff was friendly. I appreciate the staff here.

( I was there 05/10/2024) location On Broadway is the worst, Where do I start they broke my Helo hub caps and never replaced them like they said I have mentioned this prior to making an appointment. I went in to replace my tire as it had a nail and the guy assisting with the Air tire pressure check advised me I had warranty to come in and get a replacement as it was covered. They "replaced it" tire still looks the same and it is flat again! The manager is a complete idiot! He was quick to say "no there's no warranty its $87" I disagreed as I was told different by an Employee. The employee told me I had to make an appointment and miss work to get this done. They are just money hungry at this place. Never returning as they don't even abide by the warranty IF YOU ARE A FEMALE DO NOT GO WITHOUT A MALE THEY ALWAYS TRY TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF FEMALES! They Fixed the wrong tire!

I went to get 2 tires today for my 2015 Toyota Carolla and they were very helpful and fast. Although their customer service was great, I wouldn't say that about their moral and ethics. I left a 10 inch tactical knife in its holster in between the driver seat and the center console. The holster has a loop for you to place a belt through it. I use that loop to place through the emergency brakes so my holtser and knife can hang between the seat and center console. The holster and knife is never removed from my vehicle and it is there for security purposes. After receiving the vehicle back from getting 2 tires replaced, I noticed the 10 inch knife was missing. I thought it may have fallen out of its holster so I did not think anything of it. After getting my vehicle cleaned, I was not able to locate my knife or its holster. I soon realized that the only other people that had access to my vehicle were the employees from discount tires today. Although I do not have proof, no one else have access to my vehicle unless my keys are handed over to them. I am very conscious and aware of my personal items and what I do with them. It's a shame that this company, that has been so faithful to me for over 10 years, have employees who would rummage through your personal items after trusting them with your vehicle. I will no longer trust any company with my vehicle until I remove all personal items. I do not recommend this location for anyone. 5/11/2024

They are fast, efficient and professional. It's one of the things I like about a business that focuses on only one or two specific services. They can be very good at those one or two things.
I wish they would also do wheel alignments here as well, but I guess it doesn't fit their business model. They do give a recommendation for a local shop that does this work though

Had a great experience all three times I've been to this discount tire. I scheduled an appointment to get two tires replaced and the day before my appointment one of them went flat. The great people here, especially Adam and the guy in the red shirt who I assume is the manager, got me a spare to use for the next day until my appointment time when my new tires arrived. They didn't even charge me for any of the labor or temp spare tire they let me borrow.
This is the only discount tire I've ever worked with before, but just based off of my impression from this one, the customer service is very good and all the staff are friendly, straightforward, and honest.

Sales clerk argued with me about charging for rebalancing their own tires. Thought it was a free service but he said it expired. What? Horrible service

The techs do a good job but the customer reps upfront screw up every time. Be sure to double check which tire you want them to work on. Once they bring the car in the bay they don't inspect anything, if the paperwork says your flat is in the left rear tire, that's the one they work on. Even though you can see the giant screw in your right rear. Zero attention to detail.
