I don't like this Dollar Tree. It doesn't have as much variety as other Dollar Trees, and it feels messy....that is probably the fault of rude customers, though.

I went in to buy a couple of items for my sons graduation. When it was my turn in line to pay the cashier asked me to wait since an older lady who was cashing out other customers needed to confirm my bill. When the older lady came to check my bill she told the cashier that my bill was good & proceeded to lecture the cashier on how to notice a good bill. I told the older lady I really needed to be on my way to pick up my child. This lady paused, gave me a dirty look and handed me my bill back and told me she couldn’t take my bill. I asked her if her behavior was all because I let her know that I needed to be on my way??? With a nasty attitude she told me she couldn’t take my bill. Very unprofessional, I have worked in customer service for many years and have never treated a customer like this. Maybe she doesn’t need to be in customer service because it’s definitely not for her. Specially to treat people like this in front of a line of customers waiting to pay? WOW. Good luck

The staff is pretty friendly most of the time. Been going there a lot for shipping supplies. The store it self is filthy?!? Not sure why they can't get a broom and sweep? And may I help next customer when the cashier had to help with balloons in the line I was in should be next customer. The guy at the end of the line walked over and was helped immediately while I stood there puzzled. Than everyone else fled there. Not one person spoke up and said she's been waiting. Manners count and even in store employees. The cashier could had said she needed to help me first or at least give me the option.

At least the Dollar Tree did not go up ridiculously on their prices all they went up is a quarter so I definitely started going to the Dollar Tree and the dollar store instead of the 99 cent store because the 99 cent store is off the chart with their prices ridiculously sometimes you can even go to Vons and buy certain things that are cheaper than the 99 cent store that's pretty bad I hope people wake up to that I have nothing against the 99 Cent Store when it was running better deals for the public well nothing personal again it's just a fact
