The first time or 2 was good. But I don’t need much, just basic gel nails - no design. This last time was so bad for my nails and my toes.
On my toes she cut one big toe rounded and the other one was a bit longer and cut square. I asked her to fix it but I don’t think she wanted to or understood. This nail of course broke and chipped, and caused bigger issues.
The fingernails were cut oval and the edges by the skin were not filed into the oval. So they had a straight edge that L-shaped into the curve. This was on almost all of the nails (7). I’m used to them filing my whole nail rounded, not just the middle section.
The gel polish was big and lumpy in many parts.
I paid over $100 for this and only noticed how bad it was after I left.
I posted a comment on my Venmo payment, so they know which person has had concerns.
But really - my toes keep getting caught on blankets and socks, no matter how much I file away. And I don’t even know how to fix my fingernails without causing bleeding. They also weren’t painted to my cuticle. When she painted she started further out so it looked like grow-out.
Point is - if you’re going to put a new graduate onto my nail service - please give me/us a warning and charge me/us new tech rates.
Not coming back. High cost for not greatness.
But everyone is really nice. They offer water, etc.

Teresa is simply amazing. She is so sweet, very professional, super friendly, and does an excellent job. She seems to know exactly what I want regarding my nails and design. I am so thankful I found her.

I have been coming to this establishment for nearly seven years, and they have never once disappointed. I only take the time to write reviews when a business truly deserves recognition, and this one does — from their meticulous attention to detail to their incredible artistry.
The customer service is outstanding; I often feel as though I’m receiving a Beverly Hills-level experience. They offer thoughtful touches such as water, comfortable chairs, massages, and an impressive array of services on their menu. The service is consistently impeccable, and the level of artistry is equally remarkable.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with June, who currently does my Gel-X nails — see some of the photos (though they hardly do her work justice). I’ve also worked with Daisy, BB, Mimi, and Julie, all of whom are equally amazing.
One of the things I appreciate most as a busy professional is their courtesy: before any cancellation, delay, or interruption, they always provide a polite call to keep me informed.
I’m truly happy to be a loyal client. Because of the nature of my work, I often live or work in different places, yet I will gladly travel from as far as Temecula or Los Angeles just to come here. They are truly the best.

I went yesterday for my first time. I love the full set and pedicure I got. So amazing highly recommend. If you are doing a full set do it with BEBE , she is amazing. For my first time going to a salon, I am coming back and telling people about it.😍😍😍😊

if i could give no stars i would. Dirty, compared to my regular place, more expensive, my nail tech was coughing on me(the entire time) she grabbed water from my pedi soak and asked me to put my hands in it, i did, my feet, i’m not dirty but really?? Her name was Theresa, Teresa. While she was doing my polish I noticed air bubbles. I showed and tried to ask her about it because the brush on the polish looked old and the strands were coming off and she all of a sudden didn't speak any english and another lady(super sweet) came over and did her best to remedy the situation. $116 and they soaked my toes and nails in the same water. If you look around while sitting there it is dirty. Not hygienic and I let the health department know. There is more I can’t explain well in words. Not a clean place…. if you're paying attention.
