I love coming to Escondido inn it’s clean and I love the artwork and the wall and the stars when you turn the light off.if makes you feel relax and not think about stress or anxiety. And sleeping on the bed it’s great

This is by far one of the best motels that I have been to!! Exceptional service and the staff is amazing!! I will always choose this motel when I need one. They make me.feel welcome and it is so quiet. I love this motel!!

This is just a fantastic little motel within very easy striking distance of residences & restaurants in Escondido. This is my like my 35th time and I will stay here again and I absolutely love it. The rooms are modern, clean and well-furnished. The people are wonderful and attentive, always friendly. This is a real gem. HIGHLY recommended!

I booked this room on Air BnB, just took a chance. The initial start to this nightmare all started when I get to the motel and the manager/owner is slapping me with a surprise $100 deposit on top of what was supposed to be included in the price. He told me that if I paid it in cash he would be able to give it right back to me the next day…… so I did. He dives me my room key and then I’m so dead tired that all I wanna do is lay down and sleep (after a 14hr flight). I checked in approximately at 3pm and I’m asleep from 3:30pm to about 6pm. For less than 3hrs when I suddenly got woken up because my whole body felt like there was something crawling all over me. And bites on my hands because that was really the only thing exposed. I immediately take off the rest of my clothes and jump in the shower. After realizing that I either got bit by mosquitoes or bed bugs. I quickly went back to the bed to inspect. And sure enough, bed bug infestation! I then take videos and pictures and go downstairs to tell the manager. And his reaction (like all Indian/punjabs) was to just to get mad:angry and blame me for the bed bugs. I said , really? That’s your reaction…. I’m just looking to get moved to another room if possible. Not looking for a refund. He said NO. I don’t have anything available, so talk to air bnb and I I’m keeping your deposit because now I gotta clean the bed bugs. I said “WHAT!?! I didn’t bring them here. That’s not fair. Someone doesn’t bring bed bugs and infest the mattress this quickly in less than 3hours! That’s insane! He said oh well. And just left me In the room. I was so livid. I wanted to seriously hurt this man. I’m now on the phone with Air BnB and they are very sorry and they said don’t worry we’ll take care of you and just send us pictures and videos of what you see or saw. So I did. I told them that he was keeping my $100 cash deposit and if there was anything that they could do to help with that. They said he was violating Air BnB terms by even asking me for that deposit to begin with. After getting another place elsewhere, I went back down with my things and I tried to speak to AJAY ( the rude manager) and I said, Hey so are you really keeping my $100 ? And he said yup that’s right. I said. Ok because Air bnb said that you weren’t even supposed to have charged me anything and if you feel that’s right and you can have that on your conscience without any guilt than I guess I can’t do anything about it. He said yeah I’m fine with that. So then I proceeded to just walk away and he has the nerve to say. May I please have the key ? I said ….. no, And I flipped him off. He’s the lowest kind of lows type of person. He’s gonna have to answer to someone about this. I’m a huge believer in karma and I believe that he will get his sooner than later.

I stayed at this motel with my puppy and loved it. It is a great budget option and dog-friendly. The owner provided a bucket of treats for our pup. The rooms were clean and serviced by housekeeping in between nights. I recommend bringing ear plugs or headphones since you can hear outside easily.

Drove in to Escondido for a kids event. Checked in at 1am and had no problems. Paid about $90 so it wasn't bad to just crash for the night. The parking lot was clean and empty. You can hear some cars on the road but nothing too crazy. The galaxy night light is cool and my kids loved it. The murals were also neat. The room smelled clean and had no problems for the night.

Remodeled. Clean, safe, friendly, spacious, good design.
Cute frige & microwave, painted cathedral ceilings--beautiful.
Clean, spacious bathroom with stocked soap & shampoo, great rain shower.
Would def stay again.
Oh, street noise a bit much--but tiredness knocked me out.

Small but suitable hotel for my quick trip to Esco.
They accomodated my late check- in without a hitch. They also allowed me a late check- out.
The room I stayed in was clean with nice decor.
Hotel is close to everything, and many places are within walking distance.
Hotel grounds are clean and quiet.
Parking is free, but a bit tight, and the traffic on Washington St. is a bit noisy at times.
I would definitely stay here again!

Wife and I were in town for a concert on a Saturday night. Was a little worried about location but no issues. Was very quiet. Very cute room. Reto frig and microwave with a 60s phone. Newly remodeled and shower was fantastic. Mural on ceiling was relaxing. We will stay again!
