Took my sons necklace for repair and broke within 1 week. Took it back again 2nd time and broke again next day.
I paid $35.00 the first time & $25.00 second time. The necklace broke again for the 3rd time!! Poor job at repairing. They shouldn’t have charged me second time. Now the 3rd time I won’t be going back. I rather buy a new one for all the repair $ being spent.

My husband and I went in to have my wedding ring resized. Within the same day, I was able to pick them up in an hour. The quality in the work is hands down 10 out of 10!! To see my wedding rings sparkling and shining like that, when I picked them up, reminded me of the day I said I do!! Wonderful service and reasonable prices!! I even left with a little upgrade

Don’t waste your time or money here.Dropped my watch off for repairs on 3/18/2024 and was told $45 and a week to do the work. No calls, no emails, so I showed up on 4/5/2024 asking for a status. They couldn’t find the watch so they called the employee that does repairs. Once watch was located, it was very evident that they never looked at it, still don’t understand what I needed fixed, and offered zero apology for their incompetence. Took the watch and will never go back.Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else.

They fixed my glasses quickly.The glasses I use for the computer broke at the bridge on Friday afternoon. I was able to drop off in the evening and pick up the next day. I was skeptical they could weld titanium but repair is holding and I think it will get me through to delivery off new glasses.

They lost my diamond to my necklace when I brought my chain in to be repaired. Took an hour to finally get the jeweler in after they assumed I didn’t know what I was talking about. I was freaking out. He came in and and denied I left the diamond with the chain. In two minutes he found it, gee, What was that all about? We were going to call police. We were not happy but got it back.

I brought my Luminox watch here to get the battery replaced and he started at $100+ Said it was a life time battery, I said no thanks so he said $70.00, 6 month free replacement , Grant it ' It's a great watch ( I spent over 600.00 dollars for it) so his bottom line was 30 some dollars. Well I see his decompression component back there and this being a 200 mt. divers watch I figure I'm ok. so I say ok and I'll be back tomorrow .now I know any kiosk out there would do it for 5 to 10 dollars but you cant just open this watch up. Well I pick up my watch and go home and shower and the watch was full of water ! I went back the next day and he said "Not my problem" You should have let me test it for $20.00 more, I said I tested it for you and it LEAKS !. Well my watch is shot and I'm out an extra $30 +. DO NOT GO TO THIS @#!&*

This place did a great job setting an emerald into a ring for me. It was a tough job, other places I took it to were scared to attempt it. This place set it no problem.

Took in a watch for battery change an hour after it opened (wasnt busy) and 45min later I returned. He didnt even start changing it and had to wait another 15min for him just to get off the phone. After he faked changing stuff he then said it doesnt work. Maybe its bc I opted for the $30, (1 yr warranty), battery vs the $45, (5yr warranty)he tried so hard to sell me when I first got there..Seems shady and definitely not professional on all levels.If the other watch battery kiosk is avail go there instead!!

I am disgusted and appalled by the poor workmanship, rude behavior and horrid service. I brought in a silver Tiffany baby rattle for engraving and they ruined the piece…the excuse for ruining our granddaughter’s first gift was that he works on “more expensive” things. He insisted that he couldn’t see the huge scruff mark.

I knew where they were since I had my watch sized there in 2019. So when I needed a battery for the same watch I went in and I took advantage of the lifetime warranty. Thanks FAST FIX ESCONDIDO MALL

I need my boyfriend's tungsten ring engraved. I got referred to Fast Fix Jewelry and Watch Repairs locates at Westfield North County mall because they have laser engraving. Love the engraving done while I wait I will definitely come back here for more engraving service and one hour ring sizing!

I used to take my watches to this place all the time for battery service. More recently I went in to get my watch battery replaced and they kept trying to sell me jewlery that I didn't want. High pressure sales tactics, what total turn off. They replaced my battery for free, however they said that my Chronograph was broken and not working and I would need to purchase another movement to make that feature of the watch work again. Turns out they lied cause fast forward a week later I took my watch to another shop and they fixed it for free. FFJ in NCF are a bunch of scammers and I would avoid them at all costs.
