Couldn't be more please. We had a sign made for our storefront and it turned out beautifully. We are going to be replacing more soon and won't hesitate to use them again.

Our business is located in San Diego but we come back to this location every time we need something made! They are very nice and helpful and so responsive!! The work is top notch, the service is great, and the turn around time is quick! It is always worth the drive! We have gotten large, outdoor signs that measured 30+ feet long, A frame signs, we have had our vehicles wrapped, indoor signs, small signs, EVERYTHING! And they never missed a beat on any!highly recommend!

FastSigns Escondido came through for me in a rush scenario. I had a short notice city inspection at one of our jobs where I was asked to provide signage for meter rooms. I only had some crude drawings and a very short time frame to get signs on site. Johnathan and the team were able to get me the signs within my time frame, at a reasonable price. Passed inspection and made me look pretty good to our builder partners. I'll be using them again!

I saw a custom wrap recently at the shop. Black van with graphics and tinted windows. Looked great. Top quality.

Not the greatest experience. The primary girl there is rude and incompetent and was of no value. She offered zero help and just stood there with a total sad/unhappy face. Like someone else's review said she has a "whatever" attitude and that's a totally spot on assessment. The manager really does just accept the lowsy attitude. The manager seems to have a similar attitude they're just more concerned about getting your money rather than making the customer happy. It took a few months to get what I came in there for but was not a 100% happy with what they came up with was but after I paid the deposit I was forced to go with what they came up with with no other choices otherwise I had to pay more money they could have done a better job . I'm not surprised to see other similar one star reviews I could tell what they did what to me what they did to other people. I figured correctly that this was not an isolated incident

Most of my experiences with Fastsigns in Escondido were good, hence two stars instead of one, but it only takes wasting a couple hundred dollars on an unusable product and being blown off by the proprietor once to sour you on a place. Jonathan was polite during the exchange but there was a little current of passive aggressive sarcasm as well at the end which you can also see in his reply to the Bee Removal guy's review. As I said, I placed several orders previously which did have good workmanship and reasonable delivery times though I felt prices were not especially competitive. However, I had one order of custom decals made for a machine we were assembling and they stuck to the protective paper the shop used so badly as to be unusable. Since the assembly team was in Portland, I had a rush order put in at the Portland Fastsigns for a replacement. They charged far less, got it done more quickly, and the decals worked like a charm. I tried to talk to Jonathan about this and asked simply for store credit on a future order. I was not asking for a refund nor asking him to pay for the replacement order I had to call in, simply store credit for the unusable decals. I have never haggled, asked for discounts, or complained with their shop before and I was completely willing to let this go if it was made right. Jonathan made some non-sequitur remarks and refused to take any responsibility, and then finally said he'd give me 50% store credit on it but also implied that he didn't really care if I went elsewhere. I turned it down because a shop that won't fix a problem they created doesn't fill me with confidence for future orders. While it's less convenient if you're in this part of town I recommend the Mira Mesa Fastsigns, I never had a bad order with them and they were always responsive to customer needs and feedback.EDIT: Jonathan couldn't help himself in the reply with the little jab at the end about projection, but that's fine, just reinforces my point. I asked for store credit at the get-go and explained in detail. I sent photos and yeah I don't have the actual mangled useless decals from the Portland job, my crew disposed of them with the other trash rather than bring them back to San Diego. Maybe it was "user error" as Jonathan suggested and for some weird reason several highly competent adults who have never had any trouble putting on decals before suddenly all lost their minds at once. Weird how the batch from the Portland shop went on absolutely fine.EDIT 2: I think it's worse business to be super skeptical of a repeat customer you've never had problems with coming to you with a problem with a single order, but hey, what do I know.

Fast Signs has great customer service. Its products are of the highest quality and its prices are reasonable. They produced two interpretive signs for our informational trail at Daley Ranch, and they turned out great. I look forward to working with them on our next 9 signs. Highly recommended!
