I’m standing in line at the FedEx drop off as we speak. It’s April7, 10:48 AM.
It’s just me. But it’s been 15 minutes. The new kid at the register was kind enough to let me know that his manager said “he’s on the phone.” Amazing experience. 0/10 would never recommend. Go directly to FedEx. And go to CVS.

Wonderful customer service - I stop in occasionally for printing services and the guys there are exceptionally helpful and friendly. My last visit was yesterday 10/10 and my form was pre-printed and ready when I got there. Highly recommend.

Want to pay someone to be rude to you, the manager will definitely be able to fill that order. Employees were kind while she was obviously being rude and sternly directing customers. She needs a class in observation and communication. I refuse to pay for someone to be rude to me, so I kindly walked across the parking lot to Staples. Staples were able to assist in a professional and courteous way.

Simple transaction of a return with a QR code given to me by an online merchant. Staff member was friendly and got me in and out fast. What more could you ask?

I come in here about once a month to have pictures printed up on 8x10 card stock. They're always fast and very efficient. Not sure if around the holidays it would still be that way (although three days ago I was here, and only a few people in line...in and out rather quickly).Great employees.

tonight the Asst Mgr manager gives me the wrong instructions on how to send a fax do it yourself wasted my time I waited in line before that only to be told oh no, we don't do foxes here at the counter or you have to go do it yourself I said, well, I've had you guys do it for me before then he changed his story really poor customer service I'd rather buy a fax machine it's a good reason to subscribe to an online fax service. You don't have to go anywhere and you can do it from your computer. additionally, I just tried to do the survey and the receipt number does not work so I cannot do the survey. Your company is a mess.
