I am so grateful that I took my vehicle to Fix Auto. It was my best decision. Not only was the quality of their work exceptional, but I found kindness and compassion for my personal situation which was not expected. I was kept informed throughout the process. Everyone was so nice, they worked with my schedule and fixed my car within a week. This was my first time having to do anything like this and they made it painless. My car looked good as new when I got it back!

Amazing customer service and communication! I chose Fix Auto from the reviews as well as proximity to my home. I appreciate a small shop for sure. My car was hit while parked and the At fault driver’s insurance set up a tow to this shop. They immediately contacted me, kept in contact and gave me any information I asked for. My car is now done and I love it, it looks great! Thank you Fix!!!

As of today October 11th, not a good experience. My car was hit my another driver and had taken it to a different shop for an estimate, but decided not to work with them. I choose Fix Auto because of the great reviews. They had it for about a week. When my husband and I went to pick it up, we were very disappointed and upset the condition they were giving it back. The part that they replaced was not well fitted. It looks like they tried to make it fit and cut a piece of plastic in doing so chipped part of the paint. There was dust everywhere and a someone’s used water bottle. Not sure why they needed to turn on the AC. When we stared the car, the AC was on. They told us they will order a different part and would take 2-3 days. They apologized for all the dust and said they don’t know why it was so dirty. No one bothered to do a last inspection to make sure their was in good conditions.

I had great service while being attended here ! The front staff greeting me really well and explained the process and frank the person taking care off car called me with updates and when the car would be completed. I really appreciate the work that was done. Will be going there for any repairs. They are Miltary friendly as well.
