The customer service is so painfully slow. there was one register open for a line of 5 people, which I didn't think was too bad. I waited for about 15 minutes and was the last in line. When it was finally my turn, the manager came to tell the cashier to take her break. I then had to wait for the manager to open a register. I thought finally when I got to the register, i'd be in and out. The manager scanning my items was distracted talking to her coworker. I had finished paying and she was still chatting, while my items were sitting there, not bagged. I politely told her I was in a hurry and if she could just throw my stuff in the bag so I could leave. She was very offended by me saying this and STILL bagged my items so slowly. I cannot fathom how they get anything done in that store with a manager like that. Extremely poor work ethic.

I am a Forever 21 credit card holder .. used to love their service but seriously what happened ?? I selected an outfit to be delivered within a decent amount of time . Ordered it on 11-27 and here we are 15 days later no order, can't find any updated tracking info past the 7th and just get the run around over chat and phone . I asked for a cancellation, they said no. I asked for a refund they said I have to wait longer . At this point I'm about to close this account cause their service sucks ! I have been a card holder for years but seriously I'm done . I want my refund ... I do not want the items as it's too late to even wear what I bought for the event I went to . The value of the items isn't worth all this hassle .. just an FYI- they have a new delivery system called Deliver It .. well Forever 21.. can you just deliver it already ???

I placed an online order on 8/15/2023 and I still didn't receive my package. It's been over a month. I communicated with the staff 4 times and still no resolution! And they still will not give me a refund. They said "it will take another 10 days to see if a refund will be authorized." Authorized? Receiving nothing is an automatic authorization to a refund!!!

One of the larger Forever 21 stores . Lots of clearance but forever 21 website is cheaper most of the time then in store and they wont price match with there online store. I feel like the clothing is very overpriced for the quality you receive . Its a wear it wash it once kinda store and they only exchange no refunds.

The clothes are cute but their return/exchange policy doesn't tell you that if you buy a sale item, you can't return it. Not even for store credit..

Genuinely terrible company, they will sell damaged Clothing, not allow you to try it on and refuse any returns or exchanges no matter how petty the price if a tag is missing. Build their return policy around actually scamming customers.

Poor customer service. I wanted to buy a jacket off one of the mannequins because it was the only one left in a certain size. I asked an employee and she went to ask someone else. She came back and said they’re not allowed to take clothes off of the mannequins. She told me I could try to talk to the other lady so I did. I even brought the same jacket in a different size to the counter and asked if they could just replace the one on the mannequin with that one. Nope. They said they would have to call the store manager and then call me later. I don’t live nearby so I wouldn’t be able to come back. The girls I talked to weren’t very friendly and didn’t seem very knowledgeable. No one even offered to order it online for me. Why even have employees if they’re not allowed to do anything??

Men's section is extremely small (like 5% of the huge store). Christmas music was playing well before Thanksgiving. Not even holiday music, like Santa's coming down the chimney tonight kind of stuff. Overall I see no reason to return here, Clothing is cheap in quality and price.

Cute things for teens and/ or someone who only weights 100 lbs or less with a perfect body. Thats not me. Was nice to look around anyway.

Do not buy online. If your package goes missing they will not only treat you horribly but will not fix it. I am out almost $200 because they use the worst delivery service called ontrac. Never buying online from them again

Do not buy online they use ontrac and if something happens they won’t fix it. Ontrac is a horrible shipping company and forever21 customer service is horrible. Never buying online again. The customer service is dodgy and they don’t care about their customers at all.

4/26 @2pm Brought a $20 sweater in for a return because my Daughter kept putting off doing it. I was treated and helped pretty quick but I waited almost 5 mins for a manager to type and "approval" just to start the transaction -Turns out the manager was talking with a co worker and walked super slow over to the register as if she was burdened by what ever she had to type. A few clicks later they told me I was 7 days past the return date. I asked if a manager could make an exception I was politly told no (she didn't even ask a manager or entertain the request via headphone) and politely handed the bag back. Personally I get it, the kids in there are young but in all honestly I raley enjoy shopping here or purchasing the pore quality clothes. To the manager if you hate your Job quite and move on. 1 star is mainly the manager and the lack of attempting to forfill the transaction.

was shopping here (on 3/27 and 3/28) and was helped by Gigi, Zoe, and especially Cassandraexcellent customer service! I was struggling so much with my bag while shopping and Cassandra offered to put my first bag on hold while I fill my second bag since I was struggling. Gigi allowed me to sort my items on a rack. Zoe was really patient with my three transactions.Thank you Gigi, Zoe, and Cassandra! It's been the most helpful Forever21 team I've encountered.
