I had to Exchange a PS5 system that had a hardware issue . I had a 2 year warranty on . And Keith took care of me at the Escondido location on E. Valley pkwy. Fantastic friendly customer service and very knowledgeable. I wish I could give him 10 stars ⭐️ keep up the good work .
