Josh and blue were very helpful and showing me about possibly getting another storage here at Green storage Escondido. The customer service here at Green storage and all the services they offer are hands down the Five Star Storage I've been looking for. If you've never used green storage give them a try and you'll definitely not regret it. Keep up the awesome work green storage!

Greens Storage is amazing, I have been with them for 4 years now and never had any issues. The staff is always smiling and happy to help. I highly recommend Greens Storage to everyone that need a storage unit or RV slot.

Great staff, good value, and they offer lots of services from inexpensive propane tank refilling to concierge-style business office including free coffee, copy-printing-fax, two computers, and a really classy conference room that accommodates about six people, or even do your own blogging with large screen TV and video conferencing, at a very reasonable price. Two clean restrooms and extended hours of access 365/days. Lots of convenient smaller 5x7 & 5x10 units available (great start-up rate !) As well as huge units. All units seen to be air-conditioned, and the hallways are filled with pipped-in mellow music. They even house the Deer Springs Fire Dept substation. Oh yeah, and referral spiffs of $25 to both parties for telling your friends! They did not know I'm posting this, I'm just a happy customer:) Josh really takes care of me!
PS not rodent or bug worries at all, unlike the last place I used for storage.

The online registration process requesting a picture of my drivers license was a bit confusing. laying my license directly on the screen as directed did not work but taking a close up picture of it did and I was able to get through the process without additional issues.

What a great experience!! The facility was immaculate and so organized and customer friendly. David was the best and helped me through every step of the process. I was unable to walk a lot due to a knee issue, and he helped me with paperwork, a charger, and allowing me to rest while I waited for my ride to pick me up after I returned the Uhaul and moving into my new storage unit. HIGHLY recommend Greens Storage. So glad I chose them over others.

Wow - can’t say enough good things about my experience so far with Greens Storage in Escondido. I went in this morning to check into a storage unit, and had the good (best) fortune of talking to Amy - who was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, cheerful and extremely efficient. (I witnessed her single-handedly help a propane customer, a truck rental and two storage rentals with ease). The whole place, including my unit, was immaculate, well lit and secured. Excellent customer service, great facility - I would (and will) highly recommend!
After six months, my opinion of Greens storage remains 5+ stars. I just worked with Amy to coordinate a second unit - secured remotely - and again experienced superior customer service.
