only giving two stars because they accommodated me an hour before they close. i went in because i saw the ratings were good. i just moved here from a different state and wanted to find a long term hair salon. so i went in for a blow out was greeted nice and she proceeded to wash my hair as normal. then came to the actual blow dry. didn’t touch my roots, directly placed the blow dryer on my hair, i can literally see my hair frying. once she was “finished” my hair was literally damp and the roots were curly. it was horrible i wanted to cry. she then asked me if i wanted to straighten my hair, and me never straightening my hair but because of how bad it was i told her okay, and then she pulls out this roller blow dryer thing, pulling my hair so bad, and missing every curly part. i literally stopped her and told her please stop i’ll finish it at home. another lady was nice and told me she’ll fix it but i didn’t agree because i was just so upset and wanted to leave! like i couldn’t believe how bad it was. when i got home i facetimed my siblings and they were shocked that it was the outcome. and my husband says “i thought you went and got your hair done” and they had the audacity to charge me for a service that i finished for them. but it’s fine, lesson learned and will definitely be avoiding this place!

This review is long overdue. Linda has been such an amazing hair dresser to me, she works her magic every time! I refuse to go anywhere else. I've had so many hair phases and she always goes above and beyond! I love coming here and I will forever come here.

Had the most wonderful mani- pedi with Van! She is professional and skilled at her craft and was such a delight to chat with. Definitely will be back and I highly recommend going here.

I'm really happy with the outcome of the hair cuts from here. They do dry cuts which is (imo) hard to find. To be able to cut dry hair, and still come out fresh is impressive. My daughter had super thick hair, so B was able to trim her hair yet still give it dimension. I went and had Vam/Van? Cut my hair and I loved the outcome as well. She cut it so quick and with so much ease. Very reasonable prices too. Will definitely come back.

Linda is Literally the fastest and has delivered nothing but the best for my hair! I always leave about to cry because it looks so good! Blue shirt is first time, purple flannel is 2nd and tan/green shirt is most recent.

It's been a few years since I have been here but my 5 star review still holds true! I am grateful that they accepted me as a walk in on a Friday for a gel mani. Van and Linda did my nails-- they were both spectacular. They were kind, meticulous, and took their time perfecting the tedious design that I requested.

I've been to this salon a few times before, and this past time I went and got lined up with Van -- I LOVED her! She was quick, professional, friendly, and gave me the EXACT haircut I wanted! When she initially finished my haircut, she gave me a mirror to take a look at it from the back as well. I asked her, "For next time, do you think it might be a good idea for me to layer it a bit more?" And she immediately said, "We can do that right now for you, no problem!" In less than 5 minutes' time, she whipped up the exact haircut that I didn't know I wanted -- my hair feels so much healthier now, I love it! Thank you Van -- I will definitely be coming back to you! :)

I had a very unpleasant and stressful time coming to this salon due to the lack of communication and understanding that I had with one of the stylists there, Miley. I was excited to come here and get a balayage done and had asked for a bright blonde color. When we were done with the service I ended up with an ash gray color with dark yellow streaks through my hair. Needless to say I was upset. I knew I needed her to fix it because I paid a whopping 300$ to get this service. I was nice enough to wait until the next day because I was the last appointment she had that day. When I reached out, I let her know that I needed the blonde I had asked for originally, which I had even provided PHOTOS of. She accepted and even let me rebook with her again. I made the mistake of rebooking and about a few days before my next session I found that my appointment was cancelled and she had blocked me from her Instagram: colorsbymiley. I guess she does not like when customers complain when she is the one who messed up my hair in the first place. I know that it is her business and she can refuse service, however I was more upset with the fact that she let me rebook knowing she was going to "ghost" me. Luckily I managed to find someone else to take care of my hair on such short notice. I hate being that person to come on here and rant, but I want to advise people to not come here and suffer from the lack of professionalism that I did.

Bad haircut! The person who did my hair didn't even wash my hair and gave me a dry hair cut. She did it so quickly like she was in a hurry and kept chopping my hair. I should have stopped her but i didn't. I am very unhappy and will never go to this place again. I paid $35 for a bad haircut. I should have gone somewhere else.

I am so happy I took a chance on this place! My mom has been coming here for YEARS. Although her hair looks phenomenal it isn’t a hard thing because she has always had amazing hair. Everywhere that I have gone said they could not do anything for my color because of my years of black dye and then my roots that I was dying red…. Other places said I would have to go back several times and spend 300-400 dollars total! The other places said I would end up with damaged hair.Back to this place:A sweet lady, named Van helped me. She made an appointment for the same week and when I went in I was pretty bummed because I felt discouraged from what I was told. Van asked to see a picture of what I wanted. She got right to work. Spent 2.5 hours on me and NAILED IT! I am sooooo happy. My hair feels 10x healthier. And the price was HALF of what other salons were quoting! She was very detailed in how to care for my new hair and what to do to style it gently. I will not go anywhere else.THANK YOU VAN! You are a miracle worker!

I had really high expectations because I've been to this salon before and gotten exactly what I asked for, but I'm not sure I'll be back here. I came in a few days ago with my natural dark brown hair grown out and healthy and I feel like it's been ruined. As seen in my picture I wanted to get a dark brown balayage with very little blonde yet for some reason the stylish bleached almost everything (and poorly in my opinion) and the end result is a brassy orange color with no blending into my natural hair color. I'm not a stylist so as she was putting the bleach in, I didn't want to tell her she was doing her job wrong but I had a bad feeling about it. I should have known something was wrong, though, because she took one 5-second look at the reference picture of what I wanted and then never asked any other questions about how I wanted my hair to turn out. It also felt off because another lady who worked there would walk around and at times would come to watch what my stylist was doing, almost like supervision, which she didn't do to other stylists. That made me really worried, but again because I had been there before and left happy, I decided to just trust that the stylist knew what she was doing. There were other younger stylists who seemed to really achieve what their clients wanted, so when I left I felt disappointed with my end result. When I called for my appointment and explained I wanted a balayage, I assumed they would make sure someone who was skilled in that technique would be booked to do my hair. I'm not sure my stylist was up-to-date with current techniques enough to be able to achieve what I wanted, and I would have hoped that if the salon knew that they shouldn't have booked her to do my hair. In the end, I asked to her cut my bangs long and to blend them in to the rest of my hair yet she didn't blend them at all so I have an awkward, choppy transition from my bangs to the rest. At that point I had lost all trust and decided I would go to another salon to get this fixed.
