Came within the same day and repaired my dryer. Didn’t try to upsell me or tell me my thermostat needs replacement when it just needed to be reset.
Thank you Ivan, I also appreciate the tip about cleaning my refrigerator condenser.

Ivan was fast and effective. Our family was in the middle of a remodel and we needed something quickly fixed on our dishwasher. I truly enjoyed his conversation as well as his extensive knowledge on Bosch products. He even offered some other key /helpful suggestions. Thank you Ivan!
