I took my 2021 Jeep Gladiator for a regular check-up and reported a malfunction with the auto-start after 20,000 miles. The service center said it would require an overnight inspection and quoted me $245 for the job. However, after a week of no communication from their side, I retrieved my Jeep and was unexpectedly charged $609. Additionally, my vehicle was not cleaned, and they only conducted the battery diagnostic five days after the vehicle was dropped off. Disappointed by this experience, I am considering ending my lease with this dealership.(Update) Matthew reached out immediately the next morning and discussed my experience. He provided me a full refund and was understanding of the issues.

We are in the market for a Ram Classic and stopped in to test drive the truck. Kevin took us out for a spin and walked us through all the features. We aren't ready to take the leap yet and both Kevin and his manager were very understanding. We had a great experience and will definitely head back to them when we are ready.

The dealership representation did exactly as I asked as far as vehicle I wanted and price point. Actually, I was able to upgrade my vehicle. I've worked with Chrysler Leasing in the past about 4 or 5 times.I'm pleased I did my research on 4xe Rubicon, there was no hassle, do your due diligence. No one should take you for a ride you don't want. You deserve the best express that, you are the customer either they work with you or walk. Well I stayed and that says a lot. The other important thing to me is that there Service Manager has been there a long time, they care about maintenance and service too BZ JP Jeep Dodge

Very confused as to why a dealership would not prioritize communication with customers. My service advisor initially texted me offering to answer any questions, yet did not respond to my questions with any specifics or updates except to say 'they're getting to my vehicle'. They have had 5 1/2 days to 'diagnose' my heater issue and install my window regulators that mysteriously had failed when I picked my vehicle up from an oil change appointment previously. If they are short handed they should have told me at drop off to expect a delay, or better yet, reschedule the appointment for a time that they can actually work on it. After not receiving a reply to a text this morning, I called the receptionist at 6:30 PM only to be told the service dept is closed, and then she hung up as I was in mid-sentence. Poor form Jack Powell. You have lost my future business.

I'm leaving a review for this dealership I bought my 2011 jeep in a bringing my car here for the last 12 years but my recent experience has left me completely underwhelmed. To make a long story short my car broke down in August and I've been working with this dealer for a couple of months now to try to get it fixed first the part that was needed was on back order which is fair enough it took a while to get it. When the part arrived they needed to work on the transmission but did not seal the transmission pan properly so fluid leaked everywhere as soon as I brought it home. This meant I needed to bring my car back into the dealership yet another time to have that problem addressed Which took a few days. Now I've discovered that my the car heater is not working at all they must have forgotten to connect a hose so this will mean yet another trip to Jack Powell. This is the third time I have made a trip to the dealership it's not close to my house very inconvenient for me to have to keep making repeat trips there they won't even wash my car after I've dropped almost $3000 they're very disappointing

The Customer Service has gone more than downhill. My family has been faithful clients for over 20 years. I'm not sure why no one can answer the phone or return a call? Took 2 weeks to get a response to make an appointment for a Recall for our truck. It's been there now 6 days. Last week we drove in just to get a response from someone and was told it should be done Monday - they were still diagnosing the issue and would call after the wwekend with an update...Well today came and went, no call, no returned call, no returned text (aside from automated response). This is now a week we are without our vehicle and have NO update from anyone at the dealership. This is beyond terrible customer service. I understand being short staffed, but it's inexcusable to not return calls or texts. If you don't have the staff, dont book the appointment!

This place is a joke. We dropped my wife's car off yesterday afternoon for an oil change. They said she could wait, but we went to get a late lunch. We called after 5 and were unable to talk to anyone. Apparently they needed to keep it overnight. We both called multiple times today and neither of us were able to find out the status of her oil change. We finally just drove out there, 27 hours after we dropped it off, with zero communication from them. The oil change was done, but apparently nobody had the opportunity to call us. It is $10 more to go to a certified independent mechanic and that is what we will be doing from now on. If you bring your car here, don't expect ANY communication from them.

Me and my husband had a fantastic experience buying our Grand Cherokee from Jack Powell, Xavisus is great to work with. It was a one-stop shop for all of my questions and made car buying a worry-free experience. I also feel that I got an exceptional value and was offered a high level of customer service. Highly recommend going to Xavisus and Jack Powell if you're in the market for a new or slightly used vehicle.

My family and I have been going through some tough times financially like a lot of good people out there, so much that we had to cancel our wedding plans and also downgrade our vehicle. So naturally, I spent months dealing with numerous car dealerships via email, text, calls, etc...it felt like every dealership tried to bait & switch when we would arrive. So when I came across the Jack Powell dealership it felt different. We messaged them about a 2019 Kia Sorento and a representative named Abbie messaged us back telling us about the vehicle, and since we lived over 50 miles away, we asked her to rate the vehicle from 1-10 and she gave it a 9 on the scale. So we felt confident about the Kia and drove down to buy the vehicle. When we arrived they make you feel at home and comfortable, so we test drove the vehicle and it drove nicely, but there was a small sound that was faint, and I brought it up to Abbie and she reassured us if it gets worse she would address it with her team. We bought it and drove it off the lot, a couple weeks have gone by and the sound has gotten worse. So I messaged Abbie about it and sent her a video of the noise, but the once sweet and helpful Abbie that assisted us and lured us to drive over 50 miles, is now short with us sending responses like "that's weird". She also said in a DM "Kia and Hyundai come with 100k mile factory warranties generally" and that is why we felt comfortable, so I will write a follow up review with more details, negative or positive.

Do not take your vehicle here for service! Espeially if Matthew Scudder is working in service.I took my Jeep in for service in June 2023 and when I picked it up there was a dent about the size of a quarter in the hatch back. I immediately brought it to the attention on my service person Randy Folds (Who was great) and he said it would be taken care of. I was leaving on a trip so he said bring it in when you get back. When I called to bring it back Randy had an emergengy medical problem and they did not know when he would return.I made the appointment and when I got there Matthew said he watched a video of my jeep going in and out of the service bays and they are not responsible the the damage. He told me that they would fix it since Randy said they would. Randy told me it would be 1 week to fix and I told Matthew that was no problem. After 10 days Matthew said they needed my Jeep for 2 more weeks. I said that was unacceptable and I would be there to pick up my Jeep as we were gong on a trip and we needed it.When I asked to see the video said oh we don't have it anymore. When I asked to see the checkin sheet he said I can't find it. The checkin sheet is where they go around your can to make sure there is no visable damage before leaving your vehicle and if there is they make a note on the checkin sheet.Matthew was very unprofessional from the very begining and basically told me I was trying to get something for free.In the end he miraculously got it fixed by the time I got there.I still had to make a return trip to get all the badging to put back on the rear of the vehicle. Hinsons body shop did a great job and this was not their fault. I would highly reccomend them.I have lived in San Diego North County for 55 years, bought many vehicles and have never been treated so disrespectfully and dishonestly.JCFallbrook Ca

To update on my review...To follow up on my review...After 9 days, I get this text this text this AM. Still zero update. Nice work Jack Powell. I attempted to contact the GM today. You can't reach anyone at the dealership. The service manager has yet to return even a voicemail.

OMG, the worst service experience I have ever been given. Dropped off my truck on a Monday after scheduling it two months before because that was the first available appointment. Service advisor Jimmy said they would do the issue diagnostic that afternoon or the next day. Friday rolls around and nothing. So I called him, which sounds a lot easier than it actually is. Because they never answer the phone and seldom answer texts. When you call, a snotty automated call attendant asks if they can text you. The replies are almost nonexistent. When I finally hear back, they first say that when they fixed the issue 2 years prior, that I am 15 days past the 2 yr warranty. When I mention that it took me 2 months to get the appointment, the response was “sorry”. Then, I asked why it took so long to get the diagnosis when I had an appointment. He said the appointment was only to drop off the truck, not to get the issue diagnosed. OMG. I have never heard of such a redicilous way to run a business! Finally got the issue diagnosed 8 days later and they said it was a warped exhaust manifold. They claimed that the issue two years ago was different because it was broken exhaust manifold bolts. When I explained exhaust manifold bolts wouldn’t break unless the manifold warped, they said no, it was different and wouldn’t cover it. So bottom line: this place is completely corrupt. Terrible service; stay very clear of doing any business with them.

Last year in Sept i was in a bad situation and needed to get rid of a car that was in both my name and my spouses name at the time. Long story short; I was vulnerable at the time being a disabled veteran going through a tough divorce and i was finessed during the car buying process. Somehow someway i was charged about 10K more than what was needed to charge for a new 2022 Jeep Compass. The crew at this location put alot of negative equity into my purchase & I am stuck with this compass because i needed a vehicle to travel back to Atlanta with. My fault right? Right. Thats “business”.

Absolutely ridiculous customer service: My husbands truck (that he bought from this dealership) broke down and the part that is broken is a FACTORY RECALL! so he had it towed to the dealership and asked if they have a loner car which they said they didn't, it didn't even have to be a truck it just needed something for him to get to work and home....even though his truck is basically his work (but honestly, okay whatever,we will figure something out) they even said they'd give my husband a call between 8-9 this morning. My husband had to call them twice and still no answer finally at 4pm he got ahold of someone. DEFINITELY NOT THE WAY TO DO CUSTOMER SERVICE! anyways yesterday when my husband had his truck towed to the dealership they told my husband when he dropped it off that it would be two weeks, okay fair enough. When they called my husband today they told him "it'll be 6 weeks, since it's a tow in we won't even look at it for 6 weeks..." Absolutely ridiculous especially given the fact that we called the Temecula dodge and they said "we can look at it today, depending how quickly you get it here and will order the part it should be here in a few business days" so needless to say we will be doing business at the Temecula Dodge from now on.
