Me and my husband went to buy some shoes for our niece. We waited for about 10 minutes. There were about 6 employees nobody helped us or greeted. They stood in a circle talking to each other so we went to foot locker next door. Immediately was helped so they got our money instead

The merchandise selection was nice , price value was good , unfortunately I had a few questions when I went in , waited 20 minutes for help & just decided to take my business next door to footlocker where I spent more than $500 Recommend Owner has employees study how the footlocker employees perform customer service

Not one single person asked if they could help me . they completely ignored all the customers walking around like zombies. looking over people's heads! crazy. At 1 point I asked if a girl could help me and if she was busy..

My boyfriend & I came into this store countless times this past weekend and was helped by Andrea V. the supervisor! She was extremely helpful and honest when finding the right fit for us both and making sure we were taken care of! On top of that she was patient and made us feel like a friend. The store was definitely busy during the weekend and she was always quick to help everyone and anyone w a smile on her face. Thank you Andrea for your nice friendly customer service. Because of her this will be our go to spot to get our sneakers! She even went out of her way to order a certain style and size online!Thanks again! See you soon.

Employees here are extremely inattentive of they rather just stand around and talk.. I was in the store and I was checking out some Jordan’s on the wall. I literally sat there with 2 pairs in my hand. If only one of the several workers standing around just chatting had asked me if I needed a size I probably would have bought a pair or 2 of Jordan’s. I’m usually a pretty easy sell and today I was not sold on the level of lazy these people were so I said screw it. I’m out!! Buying my sneakers else where.. I don’t think I want to come back here regardless of the selection if they can’t even be attentive to customers. They literally saw me several times and didn’t even think to ask if I wanted to see a size.. smh

HORRIBLE AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED I’ve been a valuable customer for a while spending thousands of dollars on the new sneaker drops from the past year but now I don’t recommend shopping from jd sports , the last few in store releases have been nightmares due to the manager Daniel and the employees I waited patiently for 30 minutes to do fcfs and Daniel the manager runs the whole store in his own weird moronic way almost like he owns jd sports he doesn’t establish a line untill fcfs has started which makes no sense when there people that show up earliy hoping to get pairs I was the only person in the store for a while when 3 o clock hits Daniel is trying to start the line where His friend would get a pair so I went where he was headed, after acknowledging that I was waiting for him to pass out size tickets he told me “you can stare at me all you want I won’t be telling you where the line starts” then proceeds to approach some old Indian man in the corner looking at tee shirts and said the line started there , then proceeds to give him the “only pair left” which is a lie because a lot of people know Daniel the manager back doors shoes to people he knows I know some of the people personally that he’s sold multiple pairs to. Overall horrible experience he then he screams at my mother and disregards everything she is trying to tell him , Daniel is not a good manager he does NOT deserve the position he has every time I’m in there he’s always arguing with customers and being stingy with pairs of shoes he doesn’t own jd sports needs to fix their employees behavior and hire a new manager before I shop with jd sports again Daniel is by far the worst manager of any retail establishment he brings down the value of jd sports pleas do better .

I spend thousands of dollars on this store and I made a in store purchase and they told me that they would send me the receipt as a email and they didn’t send it and I visited them after few days and I told them that I didn’t receive the email receipt and they told me that they can see the purchase from my account and that I can return the item with no problem and when I wanted to return the item which I never used they didn’t give my money back, they just did exchange it.

Love the clothing selection but not too many shoes to select from. Woman's, kids and mens clothing. Somewhat pricey. Kids clothing reasonably priced. Definitely for the active wear hipster. And they have Dunks! They have military discount a plus!

This place lack of help. I was in the store for 15 min browsing and walking by 6 employees and no sign of greeting. I see the Manager Daniel standing watch me walk by so I walk out and not going to spend my money here today. Maybe next time.
