Very friendly. They fixed the issue with my car and took pics of other issues that were wrong with my car. Then they sent them to me by text with details on how to fix them and the cost. They were very helpful!

As a woman, you are taught that you are immediately seen as a gullible customer when it comes to car repair. John's Auto Pro takes away that fear instantly! Their prices are extremely fair and they do not push for an up sale. They let you know what the issue/s are, their level/s of importance, your options, and the ease of deciding what works best for you and your wallet! I will never go any place else.

Johns auto pros are true pros! After over a year of the Toyota Sequoia 2003 constantly squeaking, countless trips to the Toyota dealerships, and thousands of dollars spent, John’s Auto Pros actually found the solution and fixed it!! I needed a break light assembly replaced and called John’s! I spoke with John and he helped me find a place to order the part from to save some money, and he charged a very reasonable fee to install! I appreciated him helping me keep the costs down. I was in and out in 20 minutes and everything went really well! Will definitely be back again!

Yes very happy and Satisfied with our recent service. It was quick and as always great. John and whole team pulled together to get our car back on the road after the flat tire even went to pick the tire up on Friday afternoon. If you need a trustworthy mechanic in North County John’s Auto Pros is the place. They treat you right and prices are reasonable ?

I usually never write reviews but I felt like this one was deserved. I recently went to John’s Auto Pros after the dealership tried to charge me $400 for replacing a singular hose. I took it here and they replaced it within an hour and charged me even less than the estimate (which was less than a QUARTER of what the dealership tried) because they were able to fix it without replacing the hose. I would highly recommend them if you want efficient servicing!

I went back to my family's business ( yes I claim them as family , because of how they treat me every visit ). Like family!! So my dash showed low tire pressure, and I commute a long distance so, I take my car in. They checked over my vehicle, took care of the problem and recalibrate the sensor for my tire pressure then send me on my merry way. I know there is no charge to put air in tires. But they checked out everything first. I'm just saying some businesses will squeeze every single penny out of you. And even tell you there's something wrong with your tire. As I sat there I saw another customer try to leave, they said "no" not until we know it's ok. Take it out test it first sir. They take care of you. I've got to come back soon for my oil service and basics. But I all ready know, I'm going to be greeted with a smile, some conversation and great service. It's time for more people to find a family business that treats us all like family!!

I received a quote from several shops and John's Auto Pros was the most affordable and the customer service was great! I had my AC system flushed and then I replaced the AC compressor myself before returning to John's Auto Pros to get my AC system recharged.They were super easy to work with. Highly recommended John's Auto Pros!

I only have one word for the this business. AMAZING. They were able to help me out with my truck quickly and got me out the door just as quick. If you have any issues with your vehicle I would definitely go here than any where else. They are very honest with you and discuss prices before starting the work to make sure it's in your budget. I highly recommend this auto shop.

Highly recommend taking your vehicle here. They take there time to make sure your car is safe to be on the road. They definitely take pride in the work they perform on vehicle, and they’re the only shop in town that can align and 3/4 ton/1 ton crew cab long bed pick up.Service: Steering & suspension repair
