Located inside the North County Mall on the 3rd floor. They have many different options, such as Sketchers, Converse, Doc Martin's, Nike, and more. The store is pretty small but always has popular choices. If you're looking for something super comfortable, though, better for the body, go to a place like Road Runner Sports (you don't have to do sports to go there...buy Brooks). This Journeys has shoes at the same prices as everywhere else.

Had a pleasant interaction with the staff here. The space was cozy, small but they made great with the space available. Thanks to the young woman who helped me out with my purchase, was glad to know, if they didn't carry the size of shoes we were looking for, we could have it shipped for free to my home. Overall a good and pleasant atmosphere with friendly staff.

Came here to return some shoes. I payed with my card but BEFORE I inserted my card in the machine, it kept saying declined. Called my bank and they said there's nothing wrong with my card especially since I am just returning something. The girl was acting very odd and told me that if it doesn't go through then she has to give me a gift card or use another card. Why would I use another card to return if it wasn't purchased with that one? and said she could not give me cash back even though I never asked for cash. To top it off she had an attitude for no reason. I will not come back to this location and I will return them to another location.

Had a really great experience at this location. The employee, Bella, who was working was really helpful and made sure I had the proper size. She also let me try a bunch of styles, and was very patient with my indecisiveness. When I changed y mind the following day, the employee on had was also very helpful, she quickly &easily helped me make an exchange.

I went in to return an item i had purchased i had paid most cash and some card when i asked for my cash back and the rest card two girls said No that the policy was if you purchase with card it all goes by i asked if a manager was available to over write it but they said she cant its policy so i said ok thats fine so the refunded everything back to my card after it was finished i check my account online and there was no refund there so i aaked her how long and they said 4 to 7 days i began to ask why did they not tell me that and they replied its our policy so i asked for the manager and it turned out i could get my cash back instead of on my card and they two girls who helped me had attitude Ana and Melissa the manager couldnt help me so ill be contacting the supervisor just for the poor customer service when all i asked was one simple question and they didnt even try to help me very disappointed in the service here
