We can't say enough great things about Knight Security! We unfortunately experienced an issue with a keypad (at no fault of Knight) were very pleased with the support. Over the phone, Chris was very knowledgeable and quickly diagnoses our issue and got us up and running in a matter of minutes! I also had a fabulous experience when upgrading our equipment. They invited me to their San Marcos facility and even gave me a tour. Old world customer service, really fair pricing and just wonderful people are what you find at Knight Security. We have been thrilled with their service. Our previous provider jacked up their rates EVERY YEAR. Knight has never raised their rates with us, as they promised. Nice people.

We called Knight Security to update the security system in our new home. Richard came out and did a thorough assessment of our system, and made some recommendations. Our installer was Nick, who was prompt, efficient, and pleasant. We are very pleased with our Knight Security system, and will continue utilizing them for monitoring of our alarm system as well.

The owner doesn't really care. All he wants to sell expensive system. If the service you need for alarm system is simple. He rather not do it.

As an employee of Knight Security, I find management to be dishonest, descriminating and this is not a very good place to work. New employees are treated badly, despite the fact that they are here working to provide for their families. The owner and management are less than honest. If I were going to do business with them, I would think twice.******************************* employee #***

I called about an incorrect bill. The rep was rude, blew me off, then hung up on me. I definitely would not recommend them after that abysmal experience.

I am a 50+ well-balanced person who has had a full life. I must leave this earned review. Each person at this family-owned/managed company is more than professional, dynamic, expert and unique on their own and as part of their engaging team. I continuously noticed they trust each other in giving their all and best in every step to each client on a consistent basis. Making sure they are fully satisfied and each customer is satisfied is part of their core. Hard work, smart decisions and full dedication to the entire facet of the business and to each detail of the business is what I experienced. Their honesty, character, and conscientiousness is real. Their focus to maximize doing things-- always right---every time and at all times-- is another. I experienced: genuine, good people--through and through. They super shined consistently--not just occasionally. That is not an easy feat or anywhere close to easy! Security in all parts of my life has always been a #1 priority to me.
