They were so friendly and efficient! Got there 15 minutes before my appointment to check in and I was out of there before my appointment was supposed to start! I went on a Monday afternoon so maybe that was good timing.

Horable experience! The girl with a lot of make up at the front desk was very rude and cussed at me when I ask to remove my name because I was going to another lab corp. Poor customer service and a lot of gossiping at the front desk. Place was packed and people waiting over an hour to get blood work done. NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

Very nice staff, no complaints at all. Shocked by the low scores. It’s usually a long wait but that isn’t fault of workers. Would give 5 stars if system allowed for shorter wait time. Appointments book up weeks in advance.
It is very helpful to be open Saturdays.

Took 99 year old Mom for routine bloodwork ordered by cardiologist. She made an appointment for 9 am. She had blood drawn at 10:35. She wanted to leave several times. I talked her out of it. She asked for a small needle and got a large one. She won't go back. And the parking is abysmal. On the positive side, the receptionist was very friendly. Not able to explain why a 9 am appointment resulted in a 1 1/2 hour wait in a very warm waiting area, but friendly.

Very slow service, disrespectful to patients. Laughing behind desk at people coming in. I had an appointment at 8:15 and was not seen until after 10am. When I asked the front desk the employee wouldn't make eye contact and was spoke in a very condescending tone.

Second lab corp in second day to try to get fasting bloodwork. The line was a mile long. This tells me that they need to hire more staff. Not waiting. I’m hoping our doctor can find a different place to send us for lab work. AVOID lab corp in Escondido! They are below efficient and the waiting areas don’t allow for privacy as you try to have a discussion with staff. I give lab corp zero stars!!!

I just found out there's another Labcorp 4 blocks away. Wish I'd tried that location instead. I brought my mother in for a blood draw at 9:30AM on a Wednesday, and we waited *40 minutes* to be seen! We didn't have an appointment, but considering how few people were there for blood draws, that's a ridiculous wait time. No one seemed motivated to get people in and out quickly. There was a lot of apathy from the staff.

Visited this location per testing orders, got there and was told they dont do the testing I needed. Receptionist didnt bother to look over my orders that also had another test that they do in fact do which I confirmed with their corporate office. Turns out, they actually should have provided me a sterile cup and provided instructions to do this at home and take it to their other office that does have the equipment for this testing.Staff could be trained better on their procedures rather than dismissing patients.So, 1 week fter delaying my health care service and wasting my time I have to go back and educate their staff apparantly.

Says right here they close at 12pm-1pm for lunch. I got there at 11:10am and the door was locked. Another patient came out and said, oh they’re going to lunch and said don’t let anybody in.

This is my first time here. From checking in to blood draw was 35 minutes. They are very fast and have everything streamlined. You check in on an iPad station be sure you have drivers license and health insurance card with you. Verification of my orders was completed 30 minutes later and my blood draw done 5 minutes after that. My phlebotomist Kathy was amazing, very friendly, efficient and nearly painless. Thank you Kathy, I will ask for you next time.
