Loft—-classic elegance at your fingertips! Staff is top notch gracious professionalism. They found me the right fit so I could compare with what I ordered online and had shipped to the store. Mall directories were off and staff kindly gave me a few routes to get to Loft.
Wish I had allotted more time in the store instead of grab n go; there were so many beautiful pieces!

I checked Yelp to see what time this location closes and it said 7:00. I was on my way home from San Diego and stopped by to make an online return. As I walked up to the store, two employees were locking the doors. It was 6:35. They looked at me and said the store closes at 6:00 on Sundays. I said that Yelp says 7:00 and then they said they were short staffed so they close at 6:00. So then I tried to clarify that the store does close at 7:00 but they were closing early due to staffing. She looked worried and said, "We close at 6:00 every day." It seemed super odd and the responses were not convincing. Loft needs to look into this location and if the store closes at 6:00 they should update the hours with Yelp.

I just needed to make a quick exchange for another size (a transaction that would've taken just 10 mins). I called the store mid day to confirm what time they closed, because I was driving from about 20 minutes away. The girl I spoke to on the phone said they close at 6pm since it was a Sunday. I get to the store doors at 5:25pm and it's locked. I knocked and the young girl said they're closed. I told her I called and was told 6pm. According to her, "we stop letting people in the store at 5pm since we need to be out of the store by 6pm cause we don't get paid". Moral of the story - I was lied to on the phone (they close at 5pm not 6pm), I was denied entry, and basically wasted both my time and gas. I really hope store management looks into this and clarifies what time they actually close on Sundays.

Their clothes are such high-quality! I'm just a teenager so I don't always shop there cuz it's expensive for a kid, but pretty well priced for an adult. My older sister who is an adult and my mom love this store too and so did my grandma ❤️ I'd say that the best time to go is after Christmasbecause they have some stuff that's super on sale even things that don't look super Christmassy
