We made many quick trips to this store during our 2-bathroom remodels. The service was good, and they had various options for what we needed. Store is clean and they held our order a few days until we came with our truck.

Went to the kitchen department to enquire about extending cabinets with a brand they stock. The lady was incredibly rude, very clipped tone and unhelpful. Went to their competitor with the orange signage, the lady there could not have been more pleasant and helpful. I guess Lowe's don't need business with this attitude, where did simple courtesy go?

They couldn't make a house key.there machine doesn't do that kinda of key took 10minutes for someone to come and help me.

Been to this location many times over the last few weeks, and Alejandro in the lumber dept and Sergio at Pro checkout have been awesome! Both are very friendly and knowledgeable, and last week when I had to get approx 10 boards cut in various sizes, Alejandro was so patient. Much appreciated!

12/28/2023I bought a dishwasher from the Lowe's in Escondido, CA and it was horrible trying to get them to deliver and install it. I had to call and call. They failed to deliver it. Phone calls by me. Afterwards, their installation people were going to pick it up and install it, and Lowe's didn't have the dishwasher. It went on and on, punctuated by more phone calls from me. It took weeks to get it installed and working. Funny thing is, the saleswoman told me how horrible Home Depot's installation service was and praised the quality of the Lowe's experience. They can sell, they just don't care about the rest of the experience. Later, I bought a microwave from them. They had a date to deliver it and they didn't come and didn't call. It took 3 phone calls and we still don't have it. I bought it on November 25, 2023 and it is now December 28, 2023. We had Christmas without a microwave and Thanksgiving without a dishwasher. I bought both of them early enough so that would not happen.

Purchased a new clothes dryer. The prices were great my salesperson Nicole was very informative. She answered all of my questions and gave me additional information about warranties that I appreciated. All in all I was out of there within a half hour and very satisfied with my purchase and experience. I have purchased a lot of appliances from Lowe's and never been disappointed in any of the purchases. I will continue to shop there as a satisfied customer.

Forget going to any other Lowe's, or Home Depots for that matter! I told every worker I encountered that they were the friendliest and most helpful store ever! I've been a homeowner for close to 40 years, and I am blown away by these employees! They value their job ! I was greeted by Georgia, and she quickly processed a return of mine. I asked her for help in finding a mirror and tiles, and she directed me to the aisles. Every time I got into an aisle, there was a worker nearby who asked if I was finding everything I needed or if I needed any help. One nice man help me find new electrical outlets. There was another nice man in the tile department who complimented me on my choice! Even though we live in Fallbrook, if we need some items, we will be headed to this store in Escondido and then have lunch at Four Tunas!

Lisa and Caesar just blew me away with their kindness and willingness to help! I came right away to write a review because it's not common to have such outstanding customer service these days and those two individuals literally made my day 10x easier.

They have some employees who are both knowledgeable and helpful and the security guard is kind and good at his job. I like this location, but they use to always have a good selection of good knives in stock but lately I haven't seen more than 1 or 2 models in stock for a while. Everything else is great!

Tonight, I was helped by Ben in the lumber department. I explained my shelving project to him and he helped me select the proper wood and cut it to size. He also recommended the 2x2 wood I should use for brackets and cut it to size as well. After that, he picked out the appropriate screws and nails, all while teaching me how to drill pilot holes using a slightly smaller drill bit. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and could not have been kinder while helping me. Unbeknownst to me, he saw me in the parking lot and came by and loaded everything into the trunk of my car! (He had just finished his shift). Ben provided wonderful customer service and left me feeling like I was a valued customer. Thank you so much Ben! I would also like to give a shout out to Mike, the security guard. Each time we crossed paths, he would smile and say 'hello'. Ben and Mike are both rockstars!

Came in to use the restroom, was not allowed to unless I bought something. I then said fine I'll buy a candy bar. And was then told I had to buy tools by the security guard. Who said his boss told him to say that. Soooooo not a friendly community place to shop

I am not a social media person, but I am so upset that I need to blow off steam. I ordered an LG tower with a 5.cu washer (which seems to be the major issue) from Lowes on August 26, 2023.I am Awestruck that two Large company's LG and Lowes cannot get 1 properly constructed washer/dry tower delivered to a home in the course of 3 and half months. Now Lowes tell me it's going to take an additional 2 months to receive my LG tower.!!! How do they stay in business?? I have made many calls to Lowes to find out why my order keeps getting delayed explain I had no washer and dry and was taking my clothes to the laundromat which if you haven't been there in a while, it is costing me $8-12 a load depending on the machines size. ( I do about 5-6 loads of laundry a week. 5 loads at the average $10 for 15 weeks is $750. (my water and electric bill are nowhere close to this) and a day pay approximate $380 I am already out $1,130 waiting for Lowes to deliver a machine that I have almost finished paying on and haven't received. AND they want me to wait another 8 weeks which equates to an additional $400 in Laundromat fees!!! LOWES expects me to wait until I have paid the cost of the machine in Laundromat fees and pay them for the machine too!!! DOES THIS SEEM RIGHT???? The last customer service person was so blasé saying there's nothing we can do that's just the way it is. She wouldn't even get a supervisor involved. I guess it's ok for a large corporation like LG and Lowes to give bad service with no repercussions. It seems they are so big the little guy doesn't matter. Hate to break it to you but I matter. Covid has made you lazy, we are two years out of the pandemic, and I know my employer expects me to be at work and fulfil my requirements. If you need more people, then you should hire them!!! I want to know how LOWES and LG plan on compensating me for my out of pocket costs and the emotional distress every time they fail to meet their promised date??? I am at the end of my rope and Lowes should give me a curtesy call and help me understand why this is happening or better yet, GET ME MY MACHINE!!!! READ BELOW FOR THE FULL STORY OF INCOMPETENCY I ordered an LG tower with a 5.cu washer (which seems to be the major issue) from Lowes on August 26, 2023. At the time I was not told it was a special order and I would be at the mercy of Lowes vender. I was told my machine would be delivered on September 10th. I called them 3 days before the delivery and asked if we could move the delivery date to the 14th as I was having tile put down in the laundry area. The replied with no problem they would see me on the 14th. On September 13th they contacted me and said that they did not place my order because it was on the same invoice as the dishwasher I purchased from them at the same time. (I received the dishwasher after Labor Day) So Lowes proceeded to close out my original order and reinvoiced the order of the LG Tower on September 15th with a delivery date of September 25th. I received a texted on the 24th saying my delivery window was between 8 and noon. I was very happy about that so I took the day off to wait for my machine. IT NEVER CAME!!!! So, I am out a day pay and a vacation day NOT HAPPY. I called to ask why they would send me text if they weren't going to deliver it and they told me the Tower never came from LG the reason I got the email is that the hoses were in and ready for delivery. REALLY!! What good are the hoses going to do me without a machine???? Then I was promised the machine on the November 7th, After I called LG and found that they were shipping it out on the 3rd. Evidently it never got to Lowes warehouse because it was a no show again (I didn't take the day off) Then they said it would be there on November 26th. A machine did arrive at my home, but it had a big dent in the back and when the delivery people say OH NO this may not work when we install it. I wasn't even going to try so I refused the order and got a call saying they would put a new order in and it wou
