Jailene had went far beyond the extent, in-order for me to feel satisfied with my purchase. As soon as I had walked in, she had automatically greeted me with an enthusiastic attitude while asking me what I had been looking for; & what my preferences were when looking at all the differentiated bath products. She had allowed me to test out the products, and at the same timing offering me other ones to choose from to see which suited me best; I absolutely had the best time experimenting around. In addition she had hooked me up with free samples and an fyi on the events held by lush. This is what I clearly value in costumer service and businesses need more individuals like her that wanna make customers feel comfortable with their purchase!

Jailene and Julie were so incredibly helpful showing my daughters and I the products! We got to sample a few things and I’m so glad to see what works well with our skin. The visit was overall so much fun and the girls have my young daughters an unforgettable experience in the store. These two are such sweethearts!!

Giselle and another employee (I didn't catch their name 🥲) were so helpful and kind to me and my friends that it made the shopping experience all the more enjoyable. They also walked me through every dia de los muertos items which was very sweet.

Tessa & Giselle created a magical & memorable experience for my eight year old boy I was caregiving & me. He loved Scooby & the slime! He had a $25.00 budget & spent quite a bit of time sampling products & trying to decide. He finally chose the rainbow playdough & the fairy jelly. He was thrilled to take home a sample of pumpkin spice for his mom. Later, after I dropped him off, his mom texted me how much he appreciated going to Lush & wants her & his dad to take him back. Thanks Lush & especially Tessa & Giselle, for your quality products & exceptional service!🎯

I can’t say enough about Geselle and juilie—they were absolutely incredible! From the moment I walked in, they were so warm, welcoming, and genuinely sweet. They didn’t just help me pick out products, They listened carefully, gave thoughtful suggestions, and made me feel like a VIP the whole time. On top of that, they surprised me with some samples, which just shows how much they go above and beyond for customers!🤩😊
