Terrible server, the devices they sell do not work, they work for 3 months and they fail and you take them to have them replaced, they realize that we do not recommend it at all.

This place has the worst customer service.They refuse to genuinely help their customers.They also refuse to give you your own personal information for example your account number .It should not matter what the customer needs it for that's information that is supposed to be given when asked and your able to identify yourself.I understand there is competition but, do not be salty your service is not working out for the customer.

It's all about customer service as phone carriers are a dime a dozen. Avoid this store if you are looking for honest courteous staff. They are the worst. After 7 years of MetroPCS this location & specifically the rude manager, I switched.They deserve a negative rating.

I recently went to metro and I got attended by Cindy, she was nice don’t get me wrong but she wasn’t of very much help. I asked her if she could help me out with an issue on a phone that I got insurance on and she very rudely gave me the number to the insurance place instead of answering the few questions I had. As a customer advocate she should of helped me out and not just rushed me out of the store, that’s very rude. I wouldn’t recommend metro to anyone especially with advocates like her

A problem: Two months ago, we bought a phone at the El Cajon Metro PCS by TMobile Store. Somehow they didn't properly or fully activate the phone, its account, and the billing. This resulted in the phone not working and the account being cancelled. Now that store is closed due to Covad-19.

These young teens interrogate you basically to try to get you to buy a new phone. They lie to you and tell you you can get a newer phone for $20 but ends up being not true. Girl with the red hair. Went to two different locations and both said this place is notorious for doing that. No stars for them but I had to select one in order to continue this review. The best location in my opinion is the one on Norte Prkwy in Escondido.
