We LOVE On Schedule and trust them with all our cars. We've been coming here for years, bringing all our old and cranky cars and they always take care of us. There have been many times where they have provided checks or inspections at no charge and will tell us honestly if things are wrong or are NOT wrong, which is so important in a mechanic. We trust them, they are quick and friendly with service and we have 0 complaints.

They diagnosed my brake issue super fast in the morning (less than 30 minutes' time!), and by mid afternoon the repair was done. Incredibly fast, courteous service and very reasonable pricing, compared to other mechanics. I'll definitely come here again!

It's quite amusing that when we initially brought the car in, no one mentioned that the fan wasn’t working. A week later, I received a call stating the fan was broken, and that it would cost an additional $250 to fix it. Then, in the middle of the week, I was contacted again about more issues arising, leading to another request for extra money 500 dollars to be exact I would never recommend this place again and would be a police report for this matter

T and her Dad run a great operation here - friendly, quick, reliable, responsive and most importantly, they're honest. They're not the shop trying to over sell you, they fix the issue you come in for. They're reasonably priced and have handled issues on a few of our cars from minor repairs to a transmission replacement.

Went n to get my wife’s car front end struts replaced and tee father noticed that my brakes needed to be replaced and we got that done it was a fast and friendly service and the only thing that took long was waiting for the parts guy but other than that I would recommend everyone to get on schedule a chance to see how they do work professionally get your car rite I will be going back when needed thank you tee and your dad for your help

I wish i can give On Schedule Auto repair 6 stars out of 5 stars. Thi and her team find time squeeze me in their busy schedule. This is father and daughter team. Thi has very good communication regards to auto repair. Her father, Huan, I trust wothy an Auto mechanic in back shop. They are done exceptional job to repair my Honda Civic 2016 Air Condition and oil and filter changed. they charge parts and labor very reasonable price. Thanks you very mucy Thi and Huan

We came in to fix a leak that was on the passenger side floor and we agreed to have services they recommended to be fix because as consumers we are not educated on how to fix a passenger floor leak. In the end the leak was never fixed and we communicated that with Thui and she replied as if we offended her because they didn't fix our car. Not only that she wanted to charge us more to do something else when at first they should've fixed the issue in the first place. They assumed we spilled water from a water bottle they saw on the floor just because it was half full but the water cap was intact. This company is manipulative and misleading and horrible to work with even after we tried communicating and disputing with the bank.
I actually work at the bank Thuy claimed the credit card company ruled in their favor. What was done was a dispute. Not a fraud claim. There was a pre arbitration sent to the merchant where the merchant rejected it. So the dispute was denied due to the merchant not "credit card company siding with member"
We explained that we do not know how to fix a wet passenger side leak and for her company to recommend and replacing thermostat, 4 heater hoses, heater hoses r&r and engine coolant thermostat r&r all of a sudden we're ignorant and have selective listening when we're not auto mechanics but trusted their recommendations on fixing the cause of why we brought in our car.
None of the statements I made were false from my experience and you are more than welcomed to proceed with any legal action you see fit. By the sound of your reply I hope other customers see the attitude even after we tried communicating with you amicably.

Great team. I needed a 60k service for my 2020 Subaru Crosstrek. Which include spark plugs, oil change and brake fluid. The dealership quoted me a lot. Onschedule came in at a lot less and provided quick and great service.
