Horrible customer service!!! I really don’t know what it is about that store…music way too loud & we felt uncomfortable asking the employees for help… everyone was in such a salty mood. Only store in the Escondido Westfield mall that we felt this way. :/

Two people working on a Saturday night. Over an hour til closing time. Was told their dressing rooms were “closed”. Who says their dressing rooms are closed an hour before closing! Will NEVER, EVER, shop or even walk into this store again. No open dressing rooms equals nothing but overwhelmingly lazy staff. What a disappointment.

Worst experience with pacsun by far.Staff was rude, everything was nearly on the floor. No one looked as the worked there. We never gotten greeted upon entering. Waited for assistance nearly over 7-8 mins then desided to walk out. The only chance to get an associate was when i was walking out. I shared my experience with a tall male employee. Hes response was, he didnt have time to serve everyone.That's everything on the sales floor if im looking for a sizes, for me to visit them online for more sizes. After many years shopping with pacsun.. but today it ended.Staff needs more respect and proper assistance.

Nina really went above and beyond for me with her great customer service. She saved my Christmas by fulfilling my online order in a quick manner. She was very polite and will definitely be coming back to buy more things.

Everyone here was so helpful! Lance was extremely nice and helped out with styles! They were extremely friendly as well! Andrea, the manager, was awesome! I can't get over how nice they were!!! Top Tier Service!!! Definitely coming to shop here again!!

Workers were talking about me thinking I couldn’t hear. One of the associates (high pitched voice, long brown hair) implied I wanted to shoplift when I took a hat into the dressing room by accident. Will be filing a formal complaint against this store.

So I took my 14 year old daughter and her friend to the PacSun at Westfield Shopping Mall in Escondido to shop for some shorts. We went in she went looking around and I glanced around. I saw a stack of white shirts sitting on a rack, the front of the shirt said in big bold black letters "Save the F****** Planet" I was shocked! I took one of the shirts up to the check out counter and contacted the female manager and another sales girl. I told both girls that the shirt was very inappropriate! Both said they didn't see a problem with it! I told him I was shopping with my 14-year-old daughter and her friend and this was not OK to have in the store. The manager said they wanted to start catering to older girls now 16 and above. I told him that was inappropriate for them too. The manager said they had to put the shirts out because they were sent to them by the Pacsun company. I told them no you don't have to put them out. You can send them back. I took my daughter and her friend and told the manager we're never buying anything in their store again and left. Disgusting! Please do not patronize PacSun!

I love the look of their clothes however the customer service is very poor. I ordered a pair of pants online that said they were in stock however a month later the website still said that they were processing. I had to call them to see what was going on only to find out that the pants were out of stock, even though I was charged for them and it said it was in stock on their website. Not only that but I had to be the one to call and figure out what the problem was. They never contacted me to tell me what had happened. Also when some friends and I were in the store, the workers there were very rude and yelled at us even though we weren't doing anything wrong.

Sadly, this is a cute place for my daughter to shop, but this is the line and there is literally no one in this mall. When I came here during the Holidays, the line was at least 25 people long and today there has to be 10 in line. This store has a challenge moving people through their dressing rooms. It's apparent this company isn't in tune with the demands at their stores. They spend a fortune on store front rent, electricity, payroll, and advertising/marketing, but can't service their customers. I offered the gal at the resister a job as they won't be in business with a store front long given all the complaining in the store. My daughter explained they have no limit on the number of items you can bring into a dressing room and this apparently can be an endless fashion show for some. Good luck PacSun

I was in shopping the other day. Not one person was helping. Even the store manager and all the workers were sitting in the cash wrap. The store manager was making remarks and jokes to her associates that were COMPLETELY inappropriate. My daughter felt bullied and judged by the looks that were exchanged. We left because we were so uncomfortable. Management needs some work and some reform, especially if they are trying to run a store.

Waited in line for an hour after waiting to enter the store. Tons of staff, not trained in how to turnover fitting rooms. H&M has 5x the people wait was a fraction of the time. Buy online and return, save yourself the torture.

Terrible customer service I was going in there to buy some fear of god merchandise and a vest as soon as I picked out my clothing and went up to the register to pay. The cashier said I couldn't buy this I asked why and he said he forgot to put it on hold for his friend that worked at the shoe palace.
