Pearl Car Wash/Valley Parkway, Inc. is an adequate and alright car wash, described as not bad and the closest and cheapest place for some. A key point is that it is way cleaner than another location previously managed, with new owners able to keep the place clean. The price is considered reasonable. However, several drawbacks are noted regarding maintenance. Machines often malfunction and don't work properly, with at least one always blocked off. The spray nozzles are weak and need to be fixed, and a blower hose was broken. Some feel the spotless function is a sham, leaving hard water spots and being a waste of money. Others request more soap in the spray nozzle setting. The vending machine is sometimes not stocked well, seen as a loss of revenue. Despite the issues, some customers give it two thumbs up.
Washing works, vacuums don't work, they barely have any power at all.

Much needed repairs should be addressed ASAP otherwise a very convenient car wash

Not a bad carwash. They keep it clean. One drawback is that the spotless function is a sham. I don't think they have soft water set up at all. It totally leaves hard water spots. Waste of money.
