My transmission gave out 70 miles away from home, late on a Saturday afternoon. Tony went above and beyond to repair my transmission, was very transparent about the issue and the pricing, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. Highly recommend

I was having a terrible time with my Mercedes, problem after problem. Tony took it in, diagnosed it and repaired it in almost a day's time, He even stayed after closing to ensure i got my car back. The care and service they provided exceeded my expectations, I definitely will be recommending them to my friends and family. Good, efficient and honest mechanics are hard to find, thank you guys!!!!!!!!!! Tony you are the man!!

The gentleman at the front was very rude and lazy. Making jokes about the TV being too loud. Then a call came in. Before we had finished our conversation I had decided to go elsewhere.

I was taken care of really well at Performance Auto Care with Sami! I needed to replace a custom radiator and Sami took my car in, fixed all repairs, and gave it back to me all in the same day. I even dropped off my car later than our agreed drop off time and he worked extra hard to still get it back to me by the end of the day. He gave me an intentionally high estimate for transparency, then charged 40% less. No surprises, just honesty. He is quick, transparent, and incredibly accommodating. Go to Sami!

Great experience! They worked on my beloved Rav4 17, very knowledgeable, customer service top notch! Sammy answered all my questions. Pricing is the best! I saved 200-400 on the job they did compared to dealership ( I called all of them ) and other auto repair shop Ive been with. They even suggested me a better quality components that isnt so expensive! I would definitely recommend them out to my friends and coworkers! Best part of with they accept costco auto service program. Thanks Sammy! Quality work!

TONY WAS AWESOME BUT THERE MECHANICS SUCK BIG TIME..MY CAR GOT STRANDED IN ESCONDIDO DUE TO AC COMPRESSOR BREAKING AND SNAPPING MY BAND..LONG STORY SHORT THEY REPLACED MY AC COMPRESSOR..THEN THEY SAID MY WATERPUMP WAS NO GOOD I ASKED IF THEY DOUBLE CHECKED EVERYTHING BECAUSE I LIVED A HOUR AND A HALF AWAY.TONY STATED YES I MADE THEM CHECK AND THAT IT WAS MY WATERPUMP..I TOWED THE CAR HOME CHECKED IT.. IT WAS A FUSE 30 AMP THAT WAS POPPED CAUSING MY WATERPUMP NOT TO WORK...WOW I WOULD OF LOST ANOTHER $1,200 FOR NOTHING BECAUSE OF PEOPLE PRETENDING TO BE CERTIFIED MECHANICS..THANK GOD I TOOK MY CAR HOME...

Walked in with no appointment looking for a smog check, their system was unfortunately updating but I overdue for an oil change and they got my car in right away. The pricing for the service wasn’t bad at all either. Would certainly recommend them and I’ll be back to get my brakes replaced!

You can tell when a business is customer oriented and ready to serve them. I recently discussed a valve body replacement and cost, on my Subaru forester. They were very informative of the situation, and very understanding. Unfortunately, I had to leave my vehicle there for a few days to work out a tow issue with AAA, and they were understanding and kind enough, to allow my vehicle there for a few days. Thank you Mike!
