Grooming with Julianna today and I honestly wasnt very impressed. My dog is about 7lbs and after her grooming she basically looked the same as she did when I dropped her off. She got a puppy "haircut" that was really a trim although I paid the haircut rate. She didnt get bows in her hair which was really annoying seeing as it was her first puppy haircut and they put an ugly bandanna on her. Then upon check-in Julianna just did not seem knowledgeable. I walked out thinking check in was complete and she had me come back to initial a page lol, like are you new? My puppy graduated puppy training yesterday though and 5 stars for Katrinka she is the very best and my puppy absolutely loves her, so knowledgeable and sweet!

Took them way too long to process a return and had the whole team trying to figure it out. Each cashier was worse than the one before. I will never shop here again.

EXTREMELY TRAUMATIZED cat after staying 3 days at the Escondido Petsmart.I've used the Escondido Petsmart hotel 3 times previously with no issue but after this time I'll never go back. I'm 2,000 miles away so I had to call two friends to pickup my cat, she is so TRAUMATIZED and scared she will not even come out. Maybe today...There's a mean little woman with long black hair who has an attitude. She certainly hates animals.It needs to be fired.

Better than Petco well stocked with lots of selection sometimes it is hard to find help on the floor but other than that it's the best pet store around. Certain locations offer a Pet Hotel experience for your cat or dog.

Very good experience with this store especially because this young lady super helpful and honest I will be coming again! This girl deserves a raise or bonus for going above and beyond! I think her name was Julie ? But here is a pic of her thanks girl !

They wouldn’t accept my form or vaccine proof, unfortunately the vet I took my dog to is a smaller business and hand writes their information. I had called previously to my appointment to assure I could bring him into petsmart. Drove from 40 minutes away for them to tell me they couldn’t accept the proof of vaccine. Wish I could’ve prepared myself more for this but I don’t know how that would’ve helped.

I don't recommend this store. From the very beginning I've experienced it not only being cold but also creepy. The staff members lack a certain warmth and connection, and one younger, shorter dark haired girl in the PetsHotel has been a brat to me since day one. I looked for her name tag and she didn't have one on so I couldn't report her. They seem to be difficult towards and talk down to people (paying customers) that are older or who have a hard time speaking louder than most can. In this sense I feel discriminated against. This Store is also not in a good area. Unless you like homeless people pushing their carts in the middle of the streets and laughing about it you may not feel comfortable coming to this place. I don't like these big box stores because of their lack of feeling of general safety and courtesy but sometimes you don't have a choice. As far as the Hotel that brunette is the only staff person I've had consistent bad experiences with, but at least she's not my coworker. From the get go I've had disheartening experiences with the employees of this location but I'm sure you'll be treated better.

Great staff the cashier was phenomenal. My experience here made me want to do my shopping at different petsmart locations to see if I get the same great products and friendly smiles I got from this fine establishment. You shop here you have a wonderful time just make sure you sign up for membership it helped me alot and its FREE.

Very clean, friendly and welcoming store. Found everything we needed with great customer service. Got an email later welcoming our new pup to the family. The staff was exceptional. Was able to use our collected points for additional cash to pay for our purchase. Highly recommended location which cares about your pets.

Lady fell while we were in there but they had everything we needed for fish, dogs and cats. Just watch out for loud puppies
