Planet Fitness is a popular gym known for its Big Fitness Energy™, with over 2,400 locations nationwide. The facilities are described as clean, with well-maintained equipment, hot water, and great water pressure in the showers. The staff are generally friendly, helpful, and available to assist customers. Some reviewers note issues with the loud music, which can make it difficult to hear personal music through headphones. Requests have been made for additional amenities in the locker room, such as benches and hair dryers. Despite these minor concerns, Planet Fitness is overall recommended for its cleanliness, functional equipment, and courteous staff. The gym is appreciated for providing a basic, satisfactory experience without expectations of extra treatment. With many locations available, Planet Fitness offers a convenient option for those seeking a gym with a focus on the essentials of a good workout environment.
