So much good stuff to say about this Postal Annex! I only ever do drop offs, but I've shipped dozens (maybe over 100) packages here. The gentleman that usually works here is kind, shipments go out on time, and the location is very convenient for me. I love being able to drop off all carriers at the same location.

Did you know that this business is a one woman show these days? Dina is always super friendly and helpful. I send a lot of overnight letters from here and I could chat with Dina for hours. I enjoy every trip to this Postal Annex. Do support your local, woman owned, business. You will be happy you did, and so will her grand kids.

Been coming here for years and they are always helpful! Michael is so wonderful!!! He also helped my 91 year old mother every month with her packages. She was truly so thankful for him. Deena is always very kind and helpful!

Bad service, walked in 5:01 and rejected my business. Sign on door said open. Fed ex sign still on side walk.... Then we ask why small business fails??

First time using this location for business services. I sent out a sample color chip to a customer for approval. Sent it next day fed ex delivery for 18$. I called the customer a few days later to follow up , and he never received it. I called postal annex to check status and when I was directed to track the package - it shows it was never sent ?Never received a phone call back or any remedy for the situation. Terrible service -

My favorite store to visit and it is right down the street from my work. Mike is THE best, he takes a personal interest in getting to know his customers and is always a friendly face to talk with. Excellent service and a warm and inviting atmosphere every time.

I saw the sign said OPEN so l went in and was "greeted" with a scowl. The man behind the counter was rude and totally unprofessional. While I waited to get my documents emailed, he let out a huge, horrendous belch. I was in shock. This was not my only unsavory encounter with this guy. I have gotten poor customer service in the past. It used to be a nice, convenient place to do business, since I live in the neighborhood. I will not return.
