Welcomed on time by a friendly and competent phlebotomist. Was in and out very quickly. This is my usual experience at Quest.

The last time I visited, after the bandage was removed, my arm was bruised, and I mentioned this to the phlebotomist. When I told her I couldn't remember which room I was in, she responded aggressively, saying in a strong voice, "You don't remember which room?" She acted as if she was afraid to touch or interact with me after the blood draw. When I handed the signed paperwork (1 copy, I did not get the other unsigned copy) back to her, she reacted negatively and almost fearfully, dropping the paperwork on the floor to avoid touching me. The new blood draw was even worse, and after removing the bandage, my arm and bandage was soaked in blood, swollen, and bruised.

Extremely efficient and professional. Completely satisfied and totally impressed. I "checked in" by simply clicking a link that came via text, and not less than 1 minute later I was called for my appointment. Pretty amazing.

Walk in 5 minutes later had a needle in my arm very quick n painless even after no big ol knot or pain
