I saw they had good reviews, so I called to ask if they could assist me with my taxes. I had a question for them in order to determine whether or not they could assist me. Given that they charge a minimum fee of $550, I needed to make sure they were able to help with my particular situation. The receptionist asked me to hold on while she transferred me to a tax professional that could answer my question. She then got back on the phone to tell me they can't assist me with my question or my taxes until after April 15th because they were too busy with other clients. I told her I just needed to know if they could assist me with my specific tax situation and all i had was one question to determine this, but she said they could not assist me with any question until after April 15th. Extremely unprofessional.
