Excellent service and follow up. I am having some issues with AutoNation Mazda pushing my loan through as needed and agreed upon (they are sitting on it and delaying the process on their end with no issues on my or SDCCU's end) and I had called SDCCU to see if and what I can do, and if this normal for the process to take this long. The VP/Branch Manager-MLO, Molly, took the time to call me, advise me, tell me not to worry and that they will follow up to assist in getting AutoNation to follow up on their end and complete the loan process. She followed up with a couple phone calls and emails and has already done more than AutoNation has. EXCELLENT service with taking the time and having the knowledge on the process is so much appreciated with something that was supposed to go smoothly on the dealer's end. Thank you, Molly!

Unreliable ATM,They are either not allowing small bills sometimes, you can only take out $50 bills at other times, or are down.

I hate the online dept. I don't usually like this bank, but this specific location has very friendly staff and I'm very happy with the visit. All of them greeted me, smiled, and they provided swift service. Very relaxed and welcoming!

I am seriously disappointed with CU. I had to cancel my Debit Card and the told me I would receive a new card in the mail in 10-15 days. 1st. I have never had to wait more than 3 days for a new card with anyone before. 2nd. SDCCU used to offer card replacement at the branch. 3rd. It has been 17 days so far and still no card. They claim they were voted #1 Credit Union; how for they have fallen!

Unbelievably incompetent staff all the way to management. I actually feel embarrassed for them regarding how poorly they will handle your banking and money. I don't think anyone gets any training whatsoever, nobody seems to be able to solve a single problem, even very simple things like changing your address or ordering new checks takes several tries and multiple returns to the bank. It's oddly gotten worse over the years. I've finally had it and am closing my account.

This guy is originated from California. It’s hard to know any one I can surly shop every day not a good vibe Saturday’s are my fun days on grand Ave.! It’s hard your employee says nothing don’t won’t to know anything I wouldn’t bank with you that’s not how to get customer to bank with you. I got my health straight most things. I like skate boarding. Say hello be better just don’t know it’s weak for a friend any way not strong California or Alaska.

Love the team and customer service at this location. Unfortunately the customer service number though SDCCU is awful! I lost my wallet and even with a copy of my DL they refused to give me an ATM card . I ended up having to wait 2 weeks for a new card .

I have been a customer at the Escondido branch ever since it opened, about 20 years ago. I have always experienced excellent customer service, especially from service representative Erica M. She has always been extremely pleasant, courteous, and well informed about her job.

Worst mobile banking! Trying to deposit a check and it is not accepting the check! I do not know why SDCCU voted best credit card union.

Worst mobile app of any bank ever. Constantly crashes, kicks you out and times out - non-stop issues. Was fine before they revamped it a few years ago. Completely incompetent IT department. No hope any more. Today can't get in on mobile or desktop. Ridiculous!

Decent car loan program for rate but their website is the worst. Very UN-intuitive website which is difficult to navigate, normal options you regularly need to access are completely buried and hidden. Sucky sucky really horrible web presence. Makes it totally not worth any other benefit their program might offer. They kept taking automatic- transfer car payments after we paid it off and has the nerve to say it was our fault and out of their control. "We suggest you go in and manually stop your bank transfer." Really? Gotcha dude. Or you know, just quit stealing our money. We had to have a rep walk us through the 14 step hidden process to do that. She said "yeah it's really hidden." So they know. There's no excuse. San Diego LET'S MAKE THINGS ABSOLURELY AS DIFFICULT AS POSSIBLE ON OUR WEBSITE Credit Union.
