The employees were nice & did a good job. I asked the same person that gave me a pedicure and an extra 5 minute leg message for a 15 minute arm & neck message. However I got a different person which only massaged my arms. Wish my neck was included and with the same person that gave me the pedicure and leg massage.

Had a lovely time at the salon with my daughter! We both got short nail manicures and pedicures, and couldn’t be happier with the results. The staff were so friendly and patient, especially with my daughter. It made the experience fun and relaxing for both of us. Clean space, great color selection, and excellent attention to detail. We’ll definitely be back for another mother-daughter pamper day!

I enjoyed my time there. I came here because my sister before she moved to Tx always came here to get her nails. I dang near almost fell asleep in the chair. I’m pregnant and I work on my feet so I cherish every massage I can get. They have massage chairs but Anna & Lena’s feet and hand massages! YESSSS! I asked for a square toe & a French tip. I wasn’t specific about how I wanted a curve in my toe tip and Anna did that thang! She put even more of a curve than I wanted I thought she’d give me the straight tip on my toes but she extended the tip down even more than I expected and it came out cute af! For my manicure Im an almond girlie, Lena did what I asked for and she was gentle with the cuticle removal. They both were. & they both had good attitudes. I’m relaxed and satisfied! This review is solely based on customer Service. I’ve been at this salon only a couple of times, my last time I had a very uncomfortable experience. I had been going through a very stressful time with my mom being at the hospital, so I decided to make some time for myself to unwind and relax, I went there and was getting both my nails and toes done at the same time, I think I explained to the nail tech exactly what I wanted, but half way through the process I noticed I didn’t like what he was doing so i politely told him that wasn’t how I wanted it, all of a sudden I was attacked with comments by the owner, she told me i should have let him know sooner, and she seemed very aggravated which I responded that I was trying to relax and wasn’t really paying attention, at that moment all of the workers started speaking In their language and I just knew they were talking about me. I could see the faces of the other costumers, looking at them and looking at me, I just felt very uncomfortable and embarrassed and not relaxed at all. I just think they could just be nicer.

I’m so upset :( bc now I have to go spend more time and more money getting my nails fixed. I called this place bc my usual place was closed and they said they had time for pedicure and fill in. They started with my pedicure which was perfectly fine (my pedicure was not the problem) The problem was when this older man started doing my nails. As soon as he starts he mentions how he’s doing “overtime”. I laugh it off bc welp they said they had time over the phone. I asked for a certain design and when he did it, it was not cute at all. So I say I don’t like it and try to find a video on how to do the design and he rolls his eyes. I end up telling him to just paint the whole nail the color I picked. He ends up doing so but I had other nails a different color and I ask if he could do those nails too and he rolls his eyes again…at this point I want to roll my eyes too bc the design was simple…I’m very disappointed and not satisfied at all with my nails. First and last time coming to this place. My nails are super thick and have so much gel polish which makes them thicker. I guess because he was on overtime, he rushed through. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for cute simple acrylic nails.

2 days later my gel manicure started chiping. 1 week later side of my nails started hurting, cuticle was cut to short . & I have an infection . I've got my nails done so many times before, first time here & I have this experience. Will never return .

Literally broke my nail and sanded my skin multiple times. I told the nail tech but she didn't care. Now my skin is broken, red bleeding and in alot of pain. She also seemed sick and coughed on me multiple times during the process. Never coming back here. Really unfortunate experience. Walked out with my nails partially sanded due to the pain and fear of being injured worse.

I was in search of a new nail salon, and I found it!
I had such a great experience here - everyone was extremely nice and welcoming.
I did a Mani Pedi, and both of my nail techs were wonderful.
Prices are good and the atmosphere is great. Highly recommend!

Went in to get my eye brows arched was told everyone is busy mean while the salon was empty with one customer. They sat and stood around and looked. I kindly said okay and left! This place will never have business if they don't take customers due to race yes I am African America traveling nurse coming here from Houston. The culture and people BACK home in Texas are different from these type of people thank you anyways! Hope my review help someone

I loved my experience. Paid for manicure with paraffin wax and received an amazing neck massage! Was pleased with the prices and services. Will return.

I went to get a manicure and pedicure. The lady doing my manicure cut my thumb about 3 minutes in to starting. She put a cotton on and I bled through the cotton and at this point other employees were concerned. The lady doing my pedicure gave the other younger lady a liquid to put on my nail. She put the liquid and then another cotton. She then asks, "do you want me to stop?" And I asked her, "what are my other options?" She says, "oh nothing." My friend then tells her, "can you just work on the other hand and then see?" My thumb bled through that second cotton and I asked the lady, "Can you stop? just give me a bandaid and stop." The lady says, "do you have diabetes or anything?" I say no and she goes, "so you want me to take everything off?" Which she only had oil because we just started. I say yes take everything off and give me a bandaid. She gives me the bandaid sighs and then walks off. I bled in the bowl and through 2 bandaids. Everyone else was concerned and apologetic but she wasn't. She had attitude and didn't care. Now I have an injured thumb and have to wait to heal to get a manicure.

Owner rushes nail technicians which causes them to rush with clients. I had two nails that fell off due to him rushing her and then I went back to get a fill and replace two tips. He charged me full price as if I got a new set?? I love V the tech but I will not return due to owner and prices.

This place very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable!
The shape that I ordered is almond but when she shaped I just asked lil bit more stiletto like point. She keep make short n made stiletto… I guess miss understanding I’m asking nicely but she whole time attitude
And guy did my nail after her , he was also attitudes too.
And tell me I’m wrong.
The 2 ppl tell me if u don’t like get out of store…
I was calm but I felt so disrespected, so I left there…
that’s not right…this nail salon experience was horrible! ?
