I stop at this Shell location often because it’s convenient, but the restrooms have been out of order or closed for a long time. This doesn’t seem like a temporary issue. For a busy gas station, having working restrooms is a basic expectation, especially for customers on the road. Hopefully this gets addressed soon.

Came to this place went to get gas and get something to drink. Cashier didn’t speak that well English they told me EBT wasn’t working which it was working so I spent more money on gas and something to drink, but I’m on the low budget. Will never come back again.

The last 5 or 6 times I’ve been here, there’s a “I’ll be back in 10 mins sign on the door.” Is this place even open anymore?
