This is my second Sleep number bed, and all was well until this weekend when my side of the bed deflated. I can then it pumped back up, but it will deflate again. I called and was sent to "customer service" where all they wanted me to do was troubleshoot my bed, I know what's wrong my side of the bed won't stay inflated. And if I wanted a real technician to come out it would be 140.00, now these beds are not cheap, I paid over 2000.00 for this bed, and they can send someone out to fix it for me. It's bad enough I have to scan and bag my own groceries now I have to diagnose my own bed, what's next do my own prostate exam? On top of it, Nick, and the manager Latoya were no help at all they just wanted me off the phone, here let me email you instructions, And no matter what number you call it brings you back to the same automated. This is my last sleep number bed they have lost me as a customer.

Bad quality products. Bought a bed and a frame, both turn out to be defective, but base can't be return. What a reap off!Base has been serviced with tape (just like electrical tape) but still shaky and wobbly, now they want to replace the legs. Had this defective product for almost 3 months 06/09/2023. They pass the ball to another company for service to the base, and the base company tells me to go the Sleep number. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

Bad business practices. Bought two products that turn out to be defective. A mattress and a base. the base can't be return even thought is defective. Would not recommend to buy from this business. Bad experience and poor customer service.

Bought a sleep number bed 10 years ago. five years ago the pump stopped working, it was under warrantee and was replaced in a timely manner. Four and a half months ago, same problem with the pump. I have had to pay $400 to get a new pump (payment immediately processed by Sleep Number) and have now been waiting for the new pump to arrive. Sleep number customer service (a misnomer) can't give me any information other than it is back ordered. Really, good thing it is in the guest bedroom or I would be sleeping on the floor. Never ever again!

I was looking to purchase a new pillow for my significant other's birthday, since she was having frequent neck pains. Sleep Number's associate, Frank, walked me through their line of pillows and clearly explained the pros and cons to each. He worked with my price range and helped me pick out the very best contoured pillow for her. Needless to say it was an excellent gift, and she has been sleeping amazing ever since. I highly recommend setting up an appointment with Frank and the sleep number team!

Awesome. The Escondido store rocks. See Melanie. We bought a Sleep Number (Select Comfort) 18 years ago. Best purchase ever for my sore lower back. Wife loves it so enough said.

We purchased an i-10 with most of the bells and whistles. Upon delivery, we were told they couldn't get the base upstairs. I told them we got many queen and king size mattresses up stairs and even told them how we did it. The delivery men were unable to get the base upstairs. They just gave up! They seemed more concerned with nicking a wall or the stairwell. Honestly, it was a poor showing for the delevery folks. Probably won't buy from them again.

I recently purchased a bed from Sleep Number. When I first walked into the store I was greeted by John. He spent the time with me so I could understand what makes this bed so special. I tried the beds to find the one to suit me. I was not rushed through the process. He also explained the costs for the different model beds. I made a decision and selected the queen bed. John told me that the bed would be delivered on October 21. And, it was delivered on October 21. The two young men who delivered the bed were very courteous and carefully set up the bed and removed my old one, and demonstrated the features. I couldn't be more pleased with the bed-buying process from start to finish.

FIRST, let me tell all. The Bed frames are NOT refundable . We spent over $7000.00 on our sleep number and DO NOT like it. We tried to return it within our trial period, just to find out we are stuck with the frame that cost over $2000.00. We were in the store for an hour and 30 minutes, and never once were we told about the "No refund" policy on bed frames, even after being in the store that long and being the only customers in the store. We finally got to the paperwork and they went through everything pretty fast and still never said anything about the frame. what they did say was that we have 100 days to try the product and can return the product after 30 days for a Full refund, and still, they never said anything about the frame. Its not a full refund if im stuck with a bed frame that's costing me over $2000.00. I wished I had read some of these reviews and had known these things about this store and company before I bought this $7000.00 piece of crap. P.S. they tell you these beds are great for side sleepers like me .THEY ARE NOT. Go buy a Coleman air mattress if you want a better night sleep.

Irritated my significant other by being a pushy ***** salesperson. Here's a hint - even if you are on commission, when someone tells you they are "just looking," IN SPITE OF YOUR TRAINING leave them the hell alone. You are NOT going to push us into a sale. It may work with some people, but when you get the stinkeye, it's time to BACK OFF!!!!!
