I liked that it was very organized and the staff is very helpful. The facilities are well maintained, and there’s no hassle in terms of late arrival for buying a storage unit. Would highly recommend going here for a storage unit!

We had high hopes for renting here considering all the great reviews however have had the worst experience. Any time we have tried to use a cart and speak with a front rep desk no one is ever in the office during business hours. My husband has waited up to 15 minutes standing in the lobby and no one ever comes out. The elevator has never been in service and considering our storage is not on the first floor its a hassle to carry everything upstairs. I would not recommend renting with this company, I would suggest renting elsewhere.
