I like Staples over the other stationary supply stores. One thing that I would like better; not having to look at what rewards I have available prior to shopping. If there was an easy way at the store to see my rewards I would shop more often and spend more.

Even though Staples doesn't repair printers, Julio, store mgr at the Staples on Valley Parkway and Auto Pkwy, told me that he would be willing to look at it and see if I needed to take it to a printer repair shop or see if he could get it going...He was busy helping another customer who needed a new PC. I was told that they were short staffed and that Julio would be with me as soon as possible. Julio always stayed calm as he orchestrated his staff to waiting customers. It only took Julio a few minutes to check out my printer and was able to make it print, and explained to me how. And the best part is that he didn't charge me a dime. Awesome store!

Went here to get just one copy that I needed and they literally wanted to forced me to use the self serve copy machine, I told them I didn't feel comfortable using it and they said and quote "since you don't want to use them you will have to wait an hour", there was ZERO customers in the entire store, and they didn't want to make just one copy for me. That says a lot of the type of customer service they provide. Never recommending this location again, instead l will recommend FedEx across the parking lot, went there and in less than 5 min I was with my copy on hand.

My husband and I took time off for our scheduled appointment for TSA precheck. An employee informed us that the person in charge(Ashley) left for the day due to an emergency supposedly. She did not reach out to cancel our appointment eventhough she had our contact information.

Just met the nicest sales associate there. I forgot the get his name, but he was tall, with long hair & a beard. Kindest and most thoughtful sales associate I’ve ever met. Incredibly positive attitude and just a light to be around.

Arrived to do an Amazon Drop, has a horrible experience by a lady named Kirti. She was very rude and just because I didn't have the code ready to scan she left me mid items in my hand and stopped everything and said she was going on break. I mention why she attempted to help me if she needed to go on break. It was very disrespectful and walked away. Someone else noticed and stopped in to help. Not sure what is ger issue but she could of avoided all of these if she would of said hi sorry I am going on break Someone else will help you. She made me feel bad for not having the code ready but the return process was already done. She needs to get costumer services lessons. I will be calling her manager.

Terrible long line. Receipt printer wouldn't work. Worst was passive aggressive clerk who loudly praised the wonderful customer who hadn't protested the 15-minute wait in line! Oh, Escondido!
