CubeSmart Self storage on El Norte has some really great staff. Kim was the staff member working the day I came in to inquire about the 5x5 and 5x10 units. She happily showed me around and answered all of my questions. Kim was very knowledgeable about what I'd need to know and do when I rent with them. She was able to get my reservation in. Now Friday to Saturday last week was the most rain I've seen in a while. I was very unlikely to do any moving. And Janna (another member) called me to ask about reservation. I had not completed my reservation as I was going to just rent this past Sunday. She informed me that the office was not open on Sunday and I'd be able to just reserve it and then go right in on Sunday. And sure enough I did just that. Elevators were great and the dollys were there to speed moving my items in during the rainy weekend. Thanks Janna and Kim. You two went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate you both!

Janna was awesome to work with, everything was great there. App access at the gate was super convenient. Our 10x15 had drive up access for easy loading.

I would give zero stars if I could, $281 a month for my unit to get broken into on two different occasions, have my things stolen and then management not do anything about it. They don’t take the security of your valuables seriously, they don’t have any security systems in place so the people stealing and breaking off locks will just continue to get away with it. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR THINGS ELSEWHERE!!!!!!! Stay far away from this place!!

Custom service 😀🫶🏻. I recommend CubeSmart but you should be members of the escondido chamber commerce. I only rented here because they were chamber members and sad they did not renew.
