Bad customer service. The lady at the front was rude to my mom because she heard her on the phone say “la vieja” which translates to the lady 🤣 maybe hire someone who understands Spanish and doesn’t play victim when she hears that over the phone. You lost a customer because your employee was rude. Way to go.

I’m writing to recommend StorQuest for anyone seeking a clean, well run, and reliable storage facility. I’ve been a customer with StorQuest for over five years and during this time I’ve been consistently impressed with their professionalism, service, and attention to detail. The manager, Delia and her team is truly exceptional, responsive, knowledgeable, and always willing to go that extra mile to ensure customers feel supported and secure. The property is always well maintained, clean, and organized, which reflects the pride they take in their work.
So I do feel confident in recommending the Escondido Stor Quest facility if you are looking for a safe, dependable and professionally run place to store your belongings.
PS I forgot to mention it is a temperature controlled air conditioned building making it comfortable to visit anytime of the year

Review for StoreQuest (Visited on 10/23/2025 around 4:00 PM)
I visited the StoreQuest office to review my bill and had a few questions regarding some charges. The young woman at the front desk seemed a bit impatient and bothered when I asked for clarification. At first, she responded, “It says right there,” which came across as dismissive. However, she later realized her tone and took the time to explain the charges more clearly, which I appreciated.
It wasn’t busy at the time — I was the only customer there — so the interaction felt unnecessarily rushed. I hope this feedback helps improve customer service and communication for future guests.

Delia made my experience here at the self storage comfortable and welcoming. Accessibility is so easy to the upper floors. The facility is always well maintained and clean. It's nice that theirs a restroom to use when needed.

Way over priced, look for there special for a dollar 4 first month....but the real problem lies with management, very rude..I was surprised when my girlfriend wanted to change her top and lowered door for quick privacy,,to have one of the managers take it upon herself to roll out door up at that same moment ...exposing my girlfriend... we were caught off guard and kicked out of the storage unit...we will take out money and belongings elsewhere
