My experience at Tech Defense was outstanding!! I was having problems charging my phone and Oktay cleaned my iphone's charging port and even put a new screen protector on all within the span of 10 minutes. He even charged my phone for a few minutes which was very considerate and greatly appreciated! Tech Defense’s friendly staff and fast service made for a wonderful experience!!!

This guy was so cool. Hooked me up with the sickest Goodfellas phone case. Came out super clean and the quality is amazing. Only took 15 minutes too. Highly recommend going to Tech Defense with Oktay Mirza.

I went in to look for phone and they didn’t carry the metal case but “Oktay” customized my old phone case to make it work. I was completely satisfied and love my case again. It was a quick fix and he didn’t charge me for it. Professional customer service. Highly recommend!

Today was my first time going to Tech Defense at the North County Mall in Escondido. I needed help with my Samsung Rose Gold Watch and replacing the battery. Oktay, the owner, was extremely kind, knowledgeable and explained everything to me which I was very thankful for. This place is a gem and since it’s in the mall, you can bring your electronic devices here and get them fixed while you take care of other things. I will definitely come here for all my tech needs.

Oktay is a wonderful guy. He works on anything electrical. He got the little connector re-soldered onto the PCB of my Airlift Controller in 10 minutes. Very fair prices and very fast service. Will definitely be going back to him with any of my faulty electronics.

Oktay was able to repair my phone to get access to the data and use for a trade in. He was able to diagnose and repair in a few hours. Apple would only offer to charge me $599 to send in to see if they could fix it and another $100 if they couldn’t. They couldn’t even diagnose what was wrong and said the loop is a common error with many reasons that causes it. Without Oktay, I would’ve lost all of my data.
