Just the nicest UPS staff you’ll ever meet. I’ve been coming here for years and look forward to seeing the staff. They do everything from notary, passport photos, printing, mailbox rentals (with your own suite #) and of course shipping.

Great customer service and support. I highly recommend this place. I highly recommend ERIC! Very knowledgeable & very very helpful while his other teammate sits on the chair like if she’s constipated and responds with a slur voice. With Eric’s help and assistance and support I was in and out just like any customer in this world would appreciate and I experienced this today and Escondido California! Thank you eric you’re doing a great job

Staff was exceptionally helpful and very professional. The store itself is nice inside and well maintained. This UPS has all the amenities that the other ones have. It's a great spot to bring your Amazon returns, drop off packages, send mail, get notary service, etc. They have basic office and shipping supplies, mail boxes, and printing options.This ups has plenty of available parking in the surrounding area. The upfront parking gets busy quickly. This is a great UPS for lunchtime errands since there are a lot of food and drink options nearby. All in all a 10/10 for a UPS store.

The guys that work here are great. Very friendly environment day in and day out. Seems like it would be hard to pull that off considering how many rude customers I've seen while I'm there. Kudos to them and the hiring team.
