All of the staff has always been very nice here every time I’ve gone. Only problem was with the little old lady by the fitting rooms. She was extremely rude for no reason. I walked by really slowly and looked at her because I wasn’t sure if I was supposed to check in with her before trying stuff on. (I’ve never tried stuff on here before). She didn’t even look up at me so I kept walking. She was condescending and kinda of laughed at me. I went up to my mom and told her she was rude and even another employee agreed with me. However, because they had a lot of good products, I would say I will come here again

I love this store I usually come here often to stock up on some things because they are so many good products and it’s mostly organized. However, they are two cashiers who always have a bad attitude and lack basic customer service. They don’t even even greet u with a simple smile. One looks like she is 13 years old and the other cashier who wears too much blush looks like she is 18 years old. I typically don’t mind this because I know work can be tiring but there’s no excuse to give dirty looks to the customers and laugh at them like it’s highschool when we are just there to shop. Next time this happens I will report them because it’s unacceptable.

They have a lot of jewelry on red tag clearance right now. I always find great name brands for a fraction of the cost ! I usually get good deals on their 14k jewelry. I found a 50ml bottle of my fave perfume for $ 59.99 usually $92 at department stores. Always a line but goes fast ! Great customer service!

This is a nice TJMaxx location with lots of inventory. It was late when I stopped by on a Thursday evening and I only had less than 30 minutes to shop before the store closed. In the short amount of time, I did find some really great deals. I got some dress slacks and blouses for work at very reasonable prices. I'll have to come back to find more great deals!

Small men's section to the left as you walk in.There are a lot of great home goods items.Easy to do a refresh of your living spaces with the new patterns or colors.

my wallet was stolen there on dec right out of my purse last friday dec 15th, merry christmas to me. they got everything i had. credit cards., cash, dr license. they didn't take a report, just said "sorry". don't leave your purse in cart seat when trying anything on in the aisles. woe is me this 12/15 2023. please cancel my account. mgr has my name & phone #. j. meyer

I've always loved shopping at TJ Maxx locations and since I've moved closer to this area; I find myself at this location only when I need to update my decor or need new things for my home. This TJ Maxx location has different variations of products and clothing compared to the ones I'm used to shopping at, which means not much good products. I've recently came here to shop for Halloween decor, and let me tell you; they have a bunch of cute things for Halloween if you get there early enough! Lots of Kitchen items, mugs, statues, Halloween-themed snacks, and Halloween items for pets (which is a plus for me)! If I were to compare TJ Maxx to Marshalls, I'd rather go to Marshalls instead because of the quality of their items and finds there are more successful. The good thing is there's at least a lot of parking in this plaza since this TJ Maxx is in the center of Auto Parkway Plaza. Never too crowded, and the lines always go by fast. Most of the cashiers here are always really nice and friendly.
